The entire staff was excellent. My device came in and I told them I was moving and they made it a priority to get me seen prior to my departure. Dr. Douglass and his team are very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend anyone to use their practice.

Me and my husband visited this doctors office yesterday on 5/18/22 for the first time. We haven't been in years. It was close to the house so we figured why not. The staff was very nice , we were comfortable. We were scheduled for cleaning and teeth whitening. We had take home kits for the teeth whitening. The lady who cleaned our teeth was very heavy handed. She scraped our gums multiple times . It hurt so bad and was very uncomfortable. My teeth were not bad at all and did not have build up but she claim I had a lot of rough stuff on my teeth. I give them 3 stars because when we left we thought our teeth trays were in our kit . Had to call them soon as we got home they said she's not finish with them they should be ready by 3 or 3:30 , mind you they close at 5:30 and I never received a call back . Now I have to wait until they open to see if our trays are ready for pickup.

I love this place. Yes, it's crazy because its a dental office. Every staff member does their best to make sure that you are comfortable and that you understand the treatment process.
