The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Beware, they do not tell you that their office does not accept your dental insurance, only after you are charged $369.00 for a filling, and was never numbing correctly because of a condition I have. I paid the bill but I'll never forget what I went through !

I feel bad that I have to give a bad review. During the quarantine I was experiencing a really bad tooth ache and I am Someone who takes extremely good care of my teeth. My last dentist here was not good. I googled and did extensive research and I decided to give Dr. Andrews a call. His website reads "Call for complimentary consultations... Emergencies, Second opinions and new patients." His practice was closed and he left his number on his machine for emergencies. I was so grateful. I called and texted him. He texted me back. Told me to take pictures send them to him and he will call me. He did that. He was amazing. He said I needed a root canal and put me in touch with the proper dentist and I was taken care of. There is a part 2 to the root canal and I said I was going to call Dr. Andrews because he is amazing and now he is my new dentist. I called his practice to schedule a new patient t appointment and to have part 2 completed. I asked the representative on the phone if they accepted my insurance and I was told yes. I asked the price of the visit so I can be prepared to pay. The representative looked for discount and stated that my fee for my upcoming appointment will be around 75.00 dollars. I was like okay and a week or 2 later I went to my appointment which was on Thursday May 28, 2020. Due to Covid 19 everyone is trying to be extremely safe, wear gloves and mask. The lady who came out to get me to do my xrays did not change her gloves after coming to get me. Her hands touched everything that enters my mouth. Dr. Andrews is extremely knowledge and he was excellent with his craft but he did not wear a mask when he was examining me. He wore a face shield but the bottom of the face shield is open and he had to speak and the entire time I could feel his spit. I was cringing every time he spoke. I was not protected and my mouth was open. My next issue was I had to pay a total of 252.60. I was shocked I never had to pay so much for a new patient exam along with xrays. I was also specifically told prior that the exam was only about 75.00. I asked the individual who checked me out if my insurance covered me and she stated I did not have good insurance. I told her when I called prior I was told I only had to pay 75.00. On my check out receipt I had a previous balance of 107.00. I asked about that because that was my first time with visiting them. She told me it was from the phone consultation that I had with Dr. Andrews. On his website it says call for complimentary consultations. I guess that is not accurate. I called my insurance company and they told me that Dr. Andrews is not in my network and they are allowed to charge what they want to charge. I was lied to again by them. I don't have bad insurance. They don't accept my insurance. It is important to be truthful, honest and when you give someone a price honor that price. Also, it is important to change your gloves, wash your hands before putting on the gloves and wear a face mask along with the shield. I did t say anything because I was so grateful that he was their during my time of need but everything else is a big no.

Don't support businesses that take part in blatant animal abuse all to just "save money". If you can't afford the upkeep of having a pet then you shouldn't have a pet in the first place.

Not being satisfied with my previous dentist decided it was time to change. After searching and reading many reviews of different dentists came across Dr. Andrews. Scheduled An appointment at his Kissimmee office. Dr. Andrews took his time and explained everything thoroughly from beginning to end. He's kind, knowledgeable, caring and professional. I am pleased with the treatment and attention I received from him and the staff. Highly recommended him.

Dr Andrews found issues that my dentist of 20 years never addressed. He is attentive and gets it when describing something to him... gentle too! We are so happy to have been recommended to him when moving here earlier this year. His staff is also fabulous! Friendly, efficient, and fast!

Great office; the staff is all wonderful & Dr. Andrews is a very caring & kind dentist; he is not an alarmist; his first line of defense is prevention, not "you need work asap". Have been going there for 8 years & have recommended the office to many folks who are just as happy.

Dr. Andrews and his staff provide a very professional and welcoming experience. Appointments are easy to make and I am seen on time. The hygienist Jenna performs an excellent cleaning and offers suggestions for continued dental health. Dr. Andrews' oral exam is very comprehensive and he explains any concerns or issues he finds. I highly recommend Dr. Andrews' practice.
