Tried scheduling an appt noone ever called me back i felt like I was chasing them for my service. When I finally called to make the appt, I was not giving the covid guidelines so when I walked into the office I was told rudely u have to wait in your car. The Dr was really nice however when I called to schedule for my placement again noone called me back

Service is super fast, friendly and tailored to the individual. My 13 year old is happy with them. I met a young lady and young man there last week who travel all the way from Starkville to use this Orthodontist. Highly trusted. Highly recommended.

Doesn't allow the parents back with the children while being seen by the dentist and the assistant, also my son complains of them being to ruff while working on his teeth .they tell the kids but not us (parents) about the braces and things done to their teeth and the way to care for them and we as parents should be able to be with our kids during the time of service and to know what is done and what will be next and how to help our kids to properly care for their teeth ect until the next visit each time.
