Dr. Douglas McAdams comes from a family of medical practitioners, who have been serving the local Denton community since 1960. Dr. McAdams grew up in Denton, and after attending Denton High School, attended Texas Tech University and then completed his dental degree at Baylor Dental School. Douglas started his family dental practice in 1994. He is a longstanding member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.

I am so grateful to Custom Dental and especially Dr. Kasali. I have been avoiding the dentist for a few years and My friend recommended Dr. Kasali. He was welcoming, fair and very sympathetic. He came up with a plan that addresses all of my needs. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and taking care of my dental health.

I was very happy with my first visit to Custom Dental. Dr. Kasali was great, as well as his assistant. Dennis, who works up front is great also! Very nice and professional group of people! I highly recommend Dr. Kasali, if you are looking for a new dentist!

The office was very clean and the new technology they used made the visit so much more comfortable. Dr. Kasali and Ashley were very kind, patient, and understanding! Dennis was also great in helping to answer my questions!

Best Dentist! Dr. Kasali and his team are awesome. I hate going to the dentist but these guys make you feel so comfortable. The staff is professional, the office is spotless, and Dr. Kasali has the best bedside manner I have ever seen.

My first visit with Dr. Kasali was to see about getting a crown for a broken tooth, never a pleasant experience. However, my time with Dr. Kasali was great---he is kind, professional, gentle, and a very skilled dentist! I couldn't be happier with the end result.
