Dr. Brajcich was born and raised in Spokane, WA and attended Gonzaga University. He attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Following dental school, Dr. Brajcich completed a residency at Boston Medical Center. The training involved difficult and complex dental cases, advanced anesthesia techniques, and expanding his skills in all phases of dentistry and surgery.
Dr. Brajcich joined the faculty of Boston University School of Dental Medicine and served as an attending at Boston Medical Center in addition to a private practice in Revere, MA. He later became director of the dental residency program at Boston Medical Center prior to moving to his Lake Stevens' practice ten years ago. Dr. Brajcich prides himself on providing cutting edge care. He particularly likes surgical cases, implants, and sports dentistry. Dr. Brajcich is one of the few certified Academy of Sports Dentistry providers in Washington State. He enjoys spending time outdoors, the Seattle Sounders, swimming, and traveling with his family.
Dr. Lum grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston and the home of the American revolution. She attended Smith College in Northampton, MA and graduated with a major in Biochemisty. Prior to her dental career, Dr. Lum was an accomplished researcher within the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at New England Medical Center, The Human Nutrition Research Center in Boston, MA and won several research awards at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Our practice really does have a fantastic staff of caring people who will make your dental experience exceptional! All of the staff have worked in this office for Dr. Loree Bolin for several years and have continued with the new doctors allowing for a seamless transition of excellent patient care.

I have been going to Dr. Brajcich office for about 10 years, I have enjoyed his whole office staff and dental workers also they make you very comfortable for your needs.. Other families members have been going for more years then me. If a situation comes up,I let Dr. B know and he finds a solution that will take care of it... He also has a Specialist that does implants and they turned out beautiful my son went to Dr.B and the specialist did his front tooth that had to be redone because. It wasn't done right from another dentist office. His specialist did it over and turned out a Beautiful Smile !!

I never got the chance to see doctors a i was rejected from front office. Then I find out doc was on my preferred provider list and informed them. Then an email sent to me a week later telling me i had an appointment without my consent. I chose to take my business elsewhere and when i informed the front office they rudely said i was already removed. Not impressed with front office! I have great insurance and they lost my business.

Never feels like an office or dentist feels like a family that happens to fix your teeth! Me and my whole family feel so loved and cared for with Dr B and his absolutely incredibly amazing team! I can't say enough good things about them and the level of care and attention they give at every single visit! I would drive hours to come here. I'm lucky I live in lake stevens!!!! No other dentist I've ever gone to even comes close!!!

Came home today to find an invoice from Dr. Lum's office in the mail for $79 plus interest for a late cancellation notice. When I called to cancel the appointment (back in early June) I profusely apologized as this was a true last minute event and I explicitly asked the receptionist if there were going to be any issues with my last minute cancellation. She was extremely cordial and insisted that I shouldn't worry about it and that we could re-schedule the appointment at any time. At no point was there a mention of this fee. While I understand that most professional offices nowadays charge these type of fees, I have never encountered one that would charge such a ridiculously high amount AND wait two months to send you an invoice AND charge you interest on top of everything. Up to this point, I was under the impression I had found a great dental professional but it is now clear that they are deceptive at best. My family will not continue doing business with them. What a shame!
