My family and close friends call me Tina. I always knew I wanted to work in a health care setting, medical or dental. I worked as a registered dental hygienist for almost seven years. Prior to that, I worked in educational administration for four years. I have been working on Dr. Webers team since January 2007. I enjoy providing preventive services to people by helping increase their oral health awareness and its link to their overall wellness. I also love patient education, forming lasting relationships, and bonding with our patients. Outside of the dental office, I spend time with my family and friends, watching movies, reading, and participating in my churchs youth activities.
I have been working at Dr. Webers office for ten years. First as an assistant and now as his back floor supervisor and RDA. I was born in the San Fernando Valley but grew up here in the Antelope Valley where I have chosen to stay and start my own family. Im married and have a three year old son and another one on the way. When Im not here in the dental office assisting Dr. Weber, I enjoy teaching my son how to play baseball and taking him on bike rides. I like football and just being at home with my family.
I enjoy working in Dr. Webers office because the pace is much slower compared to other offices that Ive worked in over the last 13 years. The slower pace allows me to connect with my patients and make sure they are at ease before their procedure begins and also gives me time to answer theirquestions or concerns. In the near future Id like to complete my RDAEF license and expand my responsibilities in the office.
Hi, my name is Stephanie and Im your treatment and financial coordinator. I have been a part of our dental team for about a year and a half now and Im enjoying every minute of it. During my high school years I interned here at Dr. Webers office for about a year as a dental assistant and have obtained my Dental Assisting, X-Ray and CPR certifications. Currently Im in the process of transferring from Antelope Valley College to the University of Southern California to achieve by Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. I missed Dr. Webers office and staff so much when my internship came to an end, when I was offered to come back and be a part of the team again, I could not have asked for anything more. Having both clinical and administrative experience has brought me to love the dental field even more. I love our office because we are set apart from others by delivering quality patient care that goes hand in hand with a high standard of dentistry and preventive care that Dr. Weber and our hygienist provide. I enjoy traveling and encountering new experiences. My personal desire is to be used as a dental missionary in third world countries as well as here in my own community. I want to use my passion for the dental field and turn it into my purpose by giving back and serving others. My personal philosophy is Adding value to ones own self is success, but adding value to others makes one significant.

Choosing a new dentist is not a simple task. That's the situation I found myself, moving from Los Angeles, and from my old dentist to lanacster. After checking every review that I could find, I have chosen Dr. Weber, and I it was one of my best decisions. Very knowledgable and patient, taking the time to examine and explain everything, as well as being surrounded by a very professional and caring staff, I feel very lucky and in good hands. First class Dentist!

Outstanding Dentistry, Dr Weber is a real people person. The entire staff is very alert to each clients needs. They make you feel welcome and most of all, like a person and friend. Best dentist appointment i have ever experienced in 63 years. Highly recommend and will share with all my friends that are scared of needles or dentist visits. Preparation is not rushed and they are always asking if experiencing any discomfort. You are in great hands with Dr Weber and the Staff.

Dr Weber and staff are kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The treatment plan is discussed in detail, questions are answered thoroughly, and my budget and budget plan is taken into consideration with what is needed. Because I need a lot!!! They accommodate my schedule. I'm greeted by everyone with friendliness and a cheerful attitude. To me, going to the dentist is a long term relationship so I'm very thankful for them and the service they provide.

Dr. Weber is the best dentist I have ever been to. After years and years of avoiding the dentist's office I had to give in and go. I found Dr. Weber and he is so kind and understanding of anxiety about going to the dentist. He not only explains every single thing he is doing and goes over a specific plan which you can agree to or he will modify it to what you are most comfortable with. He offers the relaxing gas to calm you during procedures if you need it. Just knowing that was an option made me feel a little calmer. His entire staff is professional and understanding. I am so relieved to have found someone I can feel at ease with and trust.

I have been going to Dr. Weber for years and I highly recommend him! Staff is great and Dr. Weber goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time explaining whats going on and the treatment that is needed. I just had a dental emergency and I was able to get a hold of him on his day off and he was willing to come into the office with a house load of family visiting and fixed my tooth!!!!

The best dentist with the best staff! Going to the dentist can be an anxiety-ridden experience for me, especially with dental procedures and dealing with needles. The staff and Dr. Weber make the process as smooth as possible, with gentle and kind care the whole way through! Once you come in, you'll be treated on a first-name basis and will receive care as if you are the only patient there, which is so appreciated when the dentist chair isn't your favorite place to be. Dental cleanings are also very thorough and such a seamless experience! If you are looking for a dentist in the A.V., look no further. This place & staff is truly special.
