Dr. Douglas B. Hunt was born in Phoenix and raised in Flagstaff. His father owned a lumberyard there and Doug owned a soda pop machine. It was a great beginning to a life dedicated to family and business. He was taught how to save money, work hard, and be efficient. But most of all, he gained a love of working with people. He moved to Mesa for high school at Westwood. From there, he attended Mesa Community College, and later, Arizona State University. He currently resides in Queen Creek with his wife and 3 daughters. He enjoys mountain biking and wakeboarding at nearby lakes.
As an Arizona native, Dr. Hunt attended dental school at the University of Pacific, graduating in 1998 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He received the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education grant, which allowed him to attend this California university so he could return and serve the great people of Arizona. He has been running his own practice since 1998 and is ADA certified.
This friendly smile is contagious. We love having Sierra around to brighten up our days. She grew up in Gilbert and is an Arizona native. She will make you feel right at home in the dental chair. When she isnt working, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Never EVER have I enjoyed going to a dentist - however I love Dr. Hunt and his staff so much I actually look forward to it! No matter what procedure he is doing, there has been no pain or discomfort. Kate is honestly the best dental assistant I've ever had! All of them are proficient, patient and kind. They truly are the best!

This guy is the best dentist ever! He put 6 crowns on my front row maybe 15 years ago, they are still perfect ! I keep thinking they will break, but they never have. Awesome talented dentist, great staff, super understanding and friendly.

Meant to write a review when I visited last year but forgot to! I went to this dentist after I broke my front tooth. They took me in as soon as they could and fixed it up for me. They also did a cleaning and fixed my many cavities. Overall great experience and not stressful at all. It was my first time making my own dentist appointment as an adult and the process was super easy.

I've never given less than 5 star review. This man told me that I may or may not have at least two tooth infections and he couldn't do anything about it because of my insurance he also said that what he could do is throw a crown on my lower molar for a discounted rate and that would fix the problem. Since when does a crown fix a cavity? I can look in the mirror and plainly see the cavity. He didn't even look at my x-ray. I also had to ask him and the front desk twice for antibiotics. Why would I have to practically beg for an antibiotic? Instead of giving me clindamyacin he prescribed azithromycin which did nothing. Feel worse. Its ok I have an appointment elsewhere.

Very caring and gentle. I'm 6 months pregnant and Dr. Hunt understood my issue with bleeding gums during this time. He was careful but got the job done. My husband liked his appointment here too. They have good hours, good location and a wonderful staff. We will be back in 6 months.

Dr Hunt always give the best care of my teeth! He has a gentle and professional manner. He always makes time in his schedule to see me when I need to get in quickly. His staff is very friendly. He has some awesome technology in his office too! And I love the Zoom whitening system he does in office!

I love this place! Good staff and awesome service. Dr. Hunt is an amazing dentist and really focuses on the work that needs to be done. They work around everyone's schedule and can squeeze most people in if they need to be seen! I definitely recommend this dentist to everyone in the Queen Creek area.

We have been going to this office for about 2 years. Best staff and service I have ever had. They are great with working with us on our appointments. I can only make appointments late in the day and having a baby makes it hard to get into most office. This office schedule our family down for over an hour period just so I can be seen while my wife watches our baby and then we swap when I am finished. This is going to be our office.. even if we move away from Queen Creek.

I think this dentist is the very best. Dr. Hunt is very kind and gentle and takes time to explain things very well. My wife and I have seen him for almost 20 years. He has done fillings, crowns, and a bridge for us. Each was done perfectly.
