They made both plates for me. I liked how they custom fitted, & the color I chose was perfect. Several trips to their office was well worth it. Great experience and excellent fit.

Called July of 2021 to make appointment and earliest they could get me in was June of 2022. Made appointment. Day of appointment I got stuck in downtown traffic (road construction) and arrived 2 minutes late and they told me 'we can not see you, you are late' as I was standing outside the office doors to enter the facility. I asked when I could be rescheduled and the lady stated 'not until February of 2023'. Super upset with the way it was handled, most places have a 15 minute leeway for incidents like this! Would not recommend.

If you want to lose a tooth you didn't have to lose, this is the place for you. I indicated intermittent pain in a front tooth. The response was, "Let's keep an eye on it." At least two times after that, the same scene was replicated. After about nine months of keeping an eye on it, while eating ICE CREAM, I felt the tooth snap. I went with it hanging there for days through a periodontal assessment, and was finally told, "It's too badly cracked. It can't be saved." On to surgery, tooth still hanging. MONTHS later, on to crown. Total cost? At least $3500. It's been over seven months to get the crown, and with a front tooth, it's never going to feel or be the same. And this office won "Reader's Choice?" PUH-LEEZ! The hygienists are no problem, hence the TWO srars. This is the second tooth (different dentist. Look for my next review!) I had to lose UNNECESSARILY! What has happened to the dental profession? Never a problem until the last three-four years. Very sad.

My 4year old son who was an established patient and had a very bad toothache. They would not see him but instead tried to make us wait two weeks. We will be transferring to a different dentist!

I'm 50 years old and this is the first time in my life I haven't minded going to the dentist! My 11 year old son actually likes it here. Everyone is friendly and kind. And Dr Florence and the hygienists are very good at their job! The office is managed very well, too. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes.
