Jackie joined the team in January of 2001 as a dental Assistant. In 2010, she completed the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program. Jackie and her husband have two sons, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson. She enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. Roll Tide!
Joining the team in 2008, Sally currently heads the business office of Doug Booth, DDS. She brings valuable office experience with past roles in Administrative/Human Resource support roles for various defense contractors. Sally has a miniature Schnauzer, Lexie, and a Yorkshire terrier named Bentley that keep her busy!
Meredith joined Dr. Booth's team in February 2009. In 2013, she completed the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program. She is originally from the Birmingham area and has two children, Makayla and Grady. Meredith enjoys cooking and traveling in her spare time. Meredith specializes in comfort and care!
Allison joined Dr. Booth 's team in 2011. Her interests in dentistry began when she wore braces early in her life. Prior tocompletingthe Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2001, she gained experience working for 10 years in periodontal dentistry. She now lives in HamptonCove with her wonderful husband Chris, as well as her 3 'very active' children. You can often find them throughout Huntsville at their many football, basketball, and baseball games!

Not sure what the issue was/what I did wrong, but I tried to call and make a new patient appointment at this office and was met with Barbara's Monday morning attitude. For people searching for a new dentist - I'd recommend looking somewhere with more of a professional front office staff. I will never understand why the people in charge of setting the tone and welcoming new patients into their practice have the worst attitudes for absolutely no reason.

I am relatively new to the Huntsville area and hadn't yet found a dentist. Dr. Booth was recommended by a few coworkers and so far my experience with this dental practice has been great. They have always seen me on time and the office staff members are friendly. My dental hygienist, Leia, is wonderful. She is thorough and does an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Booth is great; professional yet personable. So far, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Very nice place and welcoming. Front office young lady was absolutely wonderful. Wish I had gotten her name. Meredith was wonderful and helped calm my nerves a bit. Just great staff in general. Pretty rare to see a team get along and have a steady rhythm these days but Dr. Booths team does it well.

Dr. Booth and his associates are the best when it comes to dental work. I got my 6-mth cleaning today and it was the best experience ever for me. No pain or irritation as the dentist assistant was very patient and methodical throughout the cleaning. They have made me a "PROMOTER" of their services and i plan to continue to do business with them.

As usual, at each and every visit to Dr. Booth's office at Cosmetic Dental in Huntsville, AL I'm met with a very pleasant staff and am given the very best in dental care that I've had anywhere. I highly recommend Cosmetic Dental and Dr. Booth. Their safety precautions during this Covid pandemic are notable. The office and waiting area are *always* spotlessly clean w/ hand sanitizer available at the front desk. A mask is required at this time, as would be expected. You'll not find a better dental facility anywhere, IMO.

I HATE DENTAL CHAIRS and was not optimistic upon seeing a new dentist. But, being in Sheila's dental chair for an hour of cleaning was actually soothing! She tells me exactly what she's about to do before proceeding, which is most calming. There was NO bleeding, in spite of needing some heavy plaque removal! She even remembered the neck "apron" to protect glands from unnecessary X-ray exposure. Did I mention Sheila got great X-rays the first time! No re-takes were needed! I thought I would need a sedative to ever sit in another dental chair again, but the hour was up before our relaxing conversations were finished! Dr. Booth complimented my oral hygiene, as Sheila already had, and he said my X-rays looked good with no health problems. YAAHHH!! And I have NEVER said that upon leaving any dentist! I can't wait for my 6 month checkup! New Friends All Around!

Outstanding as usual; they've been my dental provider for quite a few years now. The office is meticulously clean and the staff, including Dr. Booth, is courteous and friendly. Their work is exceptional. The Covid-19 preparations done at his office are top-notch. There is a small charge for their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), but it's very small and expected. I am one very satisfied patient.
