Only giving this place 2 stars because the receptionist was friendly. Dentist was with me maybe 10 minutes. I told him more than once I was in pain with what he was doing and he continued roughly with my teeth. I have had gum tests done for years, but none done so roughly that I was crying. The hygienist was nice, but she seemed newer and did not appear to have treated braces before. Overall everyone appeared disinterested and just wanted me out. Go somewhere else if you can. Edit: giving this a one star now for the response from the owner. For the record, my gums were not infected and he said my teeth looked good at the time of treatment.

I showed up for my appointment today and the door was locked. I called twice and could hear the phone ringing inside. Least they could of done was call me beforehand to reschedule...never been ghosted by a dentist before. Weird. Edit: I waited in my car for 10 minutes and called them 3 times with no answer. Lol, then as I was leaving the parking lot I saw some fool in scrubs walk through the back door! These guys were in there while I was cooking in my car?! I decided to hell with this place and drove home. Just to make sure I wasn't the fool, I called them one more time with the hopes of confirming my appointment and this time they answered! The dude on the phone asked for my name and when I gave it to him either the call dropped or they straight hung up on me. Yo this place is wack!

The assistants were so good with my 4 and 3 year old boys and I appreciated the reminders for my appointment!

Double Take Dental worked well with my schedule. Communication between the front desk and I was very friendly and very polite. They gave me good recommendations and worked well with me regarding pricing.

Saved my tooth. I was in agony, wanted to pull out an already root canal'd tooth but the doc recommended another treatment. They took care of me the same day. No more pain! Super fast no nonsense treatment!

This is my first time here and they have been so kind and helpful. I got a massaging device added to my chair, they offered Netflix, and had snacks. It was great! I have had jaw pain and the doctor was very kind in helping me find a place to treat it!

The service is awesome! They go out of their way to make it a positive experience. It's pretty small, so each patient gets individualized attention.

Emily and Dr. Straw were amazing! Although I don't always enjoy the dentist they made the process painless. Very friendly and tolerant of my terrible humor. Will be back again.
