For over two decades, patients of all ages have been trusting Dr. Michael Morgan with their oral and overall health needs. Hes extremely passionate about helping patients, and has been serving the Double Diamond Community of Reno, NV for over 15 years.
Dr. Morgan graduated high school in Texas. He went on to attend the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, graduating in 1989 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. At the time of his graduation, this prestigious school was ranked as the number one dental school in the country, according to U.S. News and World Report.
He remains dedicated to continuing education. Every year, beginning in 2003, Dr. Morgan has attended a two-day seminar devoted to further study in the Tip-Edge Orthodontic method. He also commits to several days each year of additional training to stay on top of the latest techniques and trends occurring within dentistry.
Dr. Morgans patients benefit from his wide range of experience in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. His emphasis on patient comfort and continued learning, combined with his caring and consultative approach to gentle dental care, enable him to provide the best quality treatment possible for every patient.
When hes not at the office, Dr. Morgan enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart, whom he married in 2010 30 years after high school ended. He has four daughters ranging in age from 17 to 25. He loves being a dad, along with golfing, camping, hiking, cycling, and taking advantage of all of the exciting opportunities Northern Nevada has to offer.

Worst experience at the dentist. They lied to me and told me I needed a crown, for a hairline crack. During the numbing process, the Dentist hit a vein in my cheek, and it swelled up immediately. My cheek still looks like I have a golf ball stuck in it, and now I'm looking for an oral surgeon to fix my face. As I was leaving Kim began cursing at me telling me i was the worst patient (for crying) Absolutely disgusting. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Double Diamond Dental is a friendly warm environment. Every time I have needed to go to the dentist they get me or my kids scheduled in less than a week. Best dentist in Reno by far!

Great staff, great facility, great service. Not much more that you could ask for! Brigitte is fantastic to work with, and they are very flexible with any scheduling challenges. They also adhere to strict health protocols around COVID, while still streamlining the process to make it as easy as possible to get you in and out quickly and safely. The hygienists are awesome and Dr Morgan is great. I've been coming here for nearly a decade and highly recommend.

I have always had great experiences at Double Diamond Dental. My appointment today was for a cleaning and exam with xrays. I was called in at my scheduled time by Kim, the. Hygienist and given an excellent cleaning and exam.

Absolutely the most attentive, kind, and dedicated staff. Reception is always on top of everything from insurance, to scheduling, and going a little extra with detail. The hygienist is very professional, detail oriented and an all around great person. Dr. Morgan is professional, and very involved with his patients and staff. My favorite aspect, is that I get full attention to detail. I never feel rushed or that the cleaning was too quickly completed. And I always leave knowing my smile is brighter! Thank you

Great facility and staff. Kim is the best dental hygienist that I have ever received care from. She was very kind and gentle and I experienced no pain or discomfort at all during my cleaning- and this is coming from someone that does not floss.
