They have Saturday appointments and they do a great job cleaning your teeth. I was out of there in less than an hour.

I was greeted professionally, the office was clean and inviting. The staff put me at ease as my heart was racing from my intense fear of a dental visit. The Dental assistant Andrea, made me feel that all of my needs would be addressed as I approved the care plan. When the dentist came in to discuss the course of treatment, I proceeded to give permission to get my longterm dental fear handled at the hands of Dossett Dental. I can't wait to get my smile back.

An Asian lady literally waterboarded me during my cleaning. I word for word said "I literally can't breathe, can you not tell??" Usually there's two people during the cleaning, one with the water suction tube and one who's actually cleaning. For some god knowing reason she decided to handle both, and subsequently I felt like I was drowning the majority of my time there, literally.

Just had deep cleaning and some cavities filled. Office staff, techs, and dentist all nice and patient. They were willing to let me take as many breaks as needed in order to feel comfortable. Willing to fix anything that might not be quite right after work done.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Ownership has changed many times. It was great for the first few years and has slowly changed for the worse. Front desk isn't nice, has a bad attitude. Doesn't check or verify dental benefits correctly. When checking dental benefits, they have the phone on SPEAKER while saying my SSN.

Had bad toothache. Called Dossett dental. Front desk Stefanie answered and told me to come in. Nurse Autum took Xray and Dr Albayatti explained I need to do root canal. Jassica front desk explained prices and price were very reasonable. I had wonderful experience. Dr Albayatti has some skills.Root canal went very well. I highly recommend this place. They really care for the patients not so much for money. Thank you Dossett dental.

Dr.Albayatti is so gentle and fast, she lets me know about the procedure before started. She also make sure I am ok while she doing the treatment. the dental assistant also did very good job with X-Rays and during the treatment. Do nor worry, they take care of you, believe me!!!

I went to an appointment for a cleaning on 10/5/22 and was informed that I had a balance from my last cleaning. This was the first that I've heard of this balance, and when I asked how come I wasn't notified about this balance prior to my appointment I was told that they don't do billing in their office. The problem is I know they can see my entire file when they pool my name up, and could have notified me of a balance. I was told that if I didn't pay the balance and the current charges for my cleaning, they wouldn't provide the service. I informed them that that was fine and that I would be looking for another dentist. All of a sudden I'm getting notifications about a balance that has since went up because they charged me a $25 cancellation fee when they told me I wouldn't be provided with the service. I need their corporate information ASAP.

Great experience with hygienist Ashley for a 6 month cleaning. She was knowledgeable and thorough. I have to edit my previous review though- they definitely have a billing department issue. I paid at the initial visit and then got an additional bill afterwards. I called my insurance company and they said they had completely paid for everything so I had overpaid and needed a refund. I've been in touch with Jessica multiple times over the past 2 weeks and she says it's still with the billing department. Meanwhile I continue to get text messages for a $200 charge that my insurance company had already paid. It's been frustrating continuing to have to follow up with them. -Anne Ross
