Do not go here! My husband started going here when it was Dr. Reid. When it became Dr. Doss, he saw him and liked him as well. However, they have had a fill in, Dr. Parker Cudd, who we both saw and did not like at all. Today, my husband showed up for his appointment at 9, and there is no one at the office. He just spoke to them in the last week or so to confirm his appointment. Terrible practice.

We have been patients of this dental practice for several years now. We adored Dr. Reid and he was so kind, patient and gentle with my Daughter, who was terrified of needles, that he completely cured her of that phobia. It was such a blessing! Well, you can imagine our concern when Dr. Reid retired and Dr. Doss became our new Dentist. But we had confidence that Dr. Reid would only trust his patients to the best and we have not been disappointed. Dr. Doss has done an excellent job and we've been very pleased. Fast forward to yesterday and my Daughter had to get a cavity filled. The fears all came flooding back as it was to be done by a dentist she was unfamiliar with who has been temporarily filling in for Dr. Doss. She was terrified. But, there was absolutely no reason to be! Dr. Parker Cudd did her filling and was so very kind with her. Explaining everything and totally putting her at ease. She came out so relieved and happy and said she didn't feel a thing! It was completely painless! We are so thankful to Dr. Cudd for the time, patience and excellent care he gave our Daughter. Seeing her walk out of a dentist office happy is a wonderful thing! This is a great practice and has proven to be the best we've ever been to. Grateful to Dr. Cudd, Dr. Doss and the whole staff.

Dr. David Reid was a wonderful dentist and his staff was always friendly and helpful. In 2021, Dr. Reid sold his practice to Dr. Adam Doss. I saw Dr. Doss and his staff twice in 2021. Once for a cleaning and then again for a filling. When I was seen for my first 2022 cleaning, I was told just before the exam that Dr. Doss was out on medical leave and Dr. Edward Cudd would perform my exam. I trusted Dr. Doss to have his patient's best interests at heart when he asked/hired Dr. Cudd to step in for him. I was grossly mistaken and a complaint has been filed against Dr. Cudd with the Georgia Board of Dentistry, investigation pending. After my appointment, I verified Dr. Cudd's license and there is no information available, publicly, other than he has an active GA license and an address. I did make Doss Family Dentistry aware of the my intentions of filing a claim and writing this review. I will never recommend this practice, Dr. Doss, nor Dr. Cudd.

Was very pleased with Dr. Reid. Earlier this year Dr. Doss took over the practice and was very surprised when I received a bill for cleaning and x-rays for myself and my husband. When I called to find out why we were receiving a bill, I was informed he is in the process of deciding if he was going to pursue the paperwork to be in the network as a Provider. This would have been nice to know before my appointment. Now we are searching to find a new dentist for our daughter because she had an upcoming appointment Still waiting for the call back to let us know yes or no regarding him being a provider.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Yesterday my husband got a call to confirm his appointment that was supposed to be today. He told the lady he needed to reschedule and then the call dropped. He forgot to call back (he was busy at the time). This morning, he was called at 7:15 to ask if he was running late. He apologized and said "no I meant to reschedule. I'm at work." Her response was "we're booked til January *click*" and HUNG UP ON HIM!!! My husband is a firefighter and only gets his schedule every 3 months, so when his appointment was scheduled he didn't know if he'd be working. It slipped his mind and he didn't think about it again until yesterday. Needless to say, neither I or my husband will ever go back. I miss Dr. Reid.

This is the most caring and professional dental office I have been to. Dr. Reid is very kind and my hygienist, Lisa is very gentle. The front desk staff, Nicole are awesome. Blessed to have found this office.

This is the most caring and professional dental office I have been to. Dr. Reid is very kind and my hygienist, Lisa is very gentle. The front desk staff, Nicole are awesome. Blessed to have found this office.

Not only was Dr. David Reid informative, kind, and knowledgable, but his staff was as well! I called in as a first time patient and they were able to get me in same day . I got my teeth cleaned and they assessed what I needed done in a good amount of time. I felt at ease during the cleaning. Even though I had some sensitive spots, the hygienist that performed my cleaning was extremely gentle and adapted in the process to make it as pain free as possible. While at the same time making my teeth beautifully clean I can honestly say that if you want great work done, but feel a little shy about the dentist, please come to Dr. David Reid's office. They definitely keep to their office motto: This is the Lord's office, and we will honor Him. Matthew 6:24-34 Finally! A dentist's office that doesn't judge you for the state of your teeth, but strive to ease your teeth's ailments with care.

Dr Reid is an excellent dentist. He practices because he enjoys his work, not to make $$$ from his patients and the insurance companies. He is very gentle with his patients and ensures that you don't even feel the prick of the needle!
