Love the clinic. Very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I love how they take their time cleaning my teeth. Very gentle. I recommend them if you have sensitive teeth.

Dorsett Dentistry is a great place to take your children. I take both of my children for check ups and cleanings. My son also has braces. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Verena and Belen are the best.

Waited two months for an appointment to come in and them telling me my appointments were cancelled due to confirmation, horrible customer service very rude and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE experience last few encounters. Was able to finally make appt. For my two girls after a few unpleasant scheduling issues had to go during my lunch time only to be turned away because I didn't confirm the appts. Why would I make a appt. To have it cancelled even showed up early and had to make arrangements for my girls to get a ride. Nowhere in the email does it state if you don't confirm your appt.will be cancelled so unprofessional and inconvenient. With a empty lobby its inevitable they don't want to work and make people who do work waste there time! Taking my service elsewhere and will make sure to let everyone I know do the same. They never answer in a timely manner, don't reply to scheduling emails and turn you away.

Been to a half dozen dentists over the years, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Drummer went above and beyond with the care and trustworthy skill that he demonstrated. I've never sat in the waiting room at this office for more than ten minutes.

Horrible horrible services , they apparently are ok with policies that don't allow a child to come in before noon, and are ok with tell children they can not eat or drink during that time. I hope the upper management takes a look at how some of these places are treating children! Lesson learned never again would I allow any child I know to come here !!! With out stepping in my child would not have been seen till after 3 pm and was expected to fast the whole time
