We always have a pleasant experience going to Dorsett, either location. Today I took my kids to the 22nd location. Dr. Park and his assistant Ron were awesome. The front desk ladies were very helpful and polite. The woman who checked my older son in and took his weight and height noticed my son had a boot on his foot from a surgery and they were very thorough to make sure everything would be ok and he wouldn't need antibiotics. Thank you for taking great care of my children.

I beg you- DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I make an appointment they reschedule at the last minute. I've had nothing but problems with these people. They've also double billed me and I've had to go back numerous times for severe tooth pain I've been experiencing after a filling.

Everyone there is always very nice. Elena has helped my children and I multiple times and she's always so helpful, nice, understanding and knowledgeable. I always appreciate when she helps us when we are there.

I really enjoy dorsett dentistry, I've been going there for a long time. They always taken care of my dental needs and Elena has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my visits, As well as the rest of the staff I would recommend dorsett dentistry to anyone.

We have been coming here since 2013. And, We this place. I wouldn't want to change my Dentist, for anything. I'm going to start coming myself as soon as I'm able too. But, Yes, we love them. This is Our Other Family apart from Our Doctor's house.

Worse place ever. They gave me an appointment at 9:30. Kept telling me it would me another 20 min we are waiting for a room. I waited 2 hours. She finally said "come back at 1pm but You'll have to wait again, didn't entone tell you your appointment was booked as an emergency and we will see you when we can, so you'll just have to wait here." Extremely unprofessional and they have homeless walking into the office

0 STARS! Very rude!!! Unapologetic, insincere and don't care about your health. All they care about is money and don't even apologize for their service. Worst place to go for any dental emergencies or any type of service. Don't bring your kids or anyone here. You're better off going somewhere else.

This is by far the worst experience at a dentist office I've ever had I took my daughter her her teeth checked up on and they talked her into braces but she really wanted them and needed them etc so they gave her a quote on braces in November which they had me sign for the quote but I got it then I saved up for those braces cuz she really wanted them so I brought her back in March which they said she needed a new consultation cause it had been so long. So I'm thinking okay well we can get a consultation and see how much it cost but instead she walks out of the consultation with the braces on and at the end of the visit as we're leaving the lady has me sign a new contract with a quote that's three times as much as the original one. During the period she had the braces on wires broke brackets fell off and none of that was replaced it was just clipped to make her feel more comfortable so by the time we had them removed early my daughter didn't even the full equipment in because instead of fixing whatever broke they just clicked it off and just left it off don't go here to have your teeth fixed this place is by far the worst dentist in Tucson they lie they cheat you and then still expect the contract to be paid in the end 100%. I for sure will never be coming back to this place not for whitenings or exams or anything.

waited an hour to only hear " ah few more mins - ah few more mins ."" place is terrible how many people actually work here to work all i seen was people walking back and forth like ants with suger . go somewhere where theyare going to talk to you and explain what is going to happen . and 15 mins early was on time . to still not been seen by dentist an hour later .no thank you terrible place . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
