At 61 years of age, and having lived in several different states, I have seen many dentists over the years. However, none of them have ever come close to the level of care I receive from Dr. Ferres and her staff. They are gentle, considerate, caring, professional, friendly and explain what they are doing. They show a genuine interest in their patients and do everything they can to make them comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office!

Visiting the dentist has never been the highlight of my day. But I just had the best experience at a dental office today. Dr. Ferres and her staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. It was the highlight of my day!

An exceptional health care practitioner. Dr. Ferres and her team of hygienists and assistants are highly skilled and always very professional. I can't believe I haven't done a Google review sooner. Prices are in line with insurance claims. Dr. Ferres herself is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I'm grateful for her compassion. and especially for her broad knowledge. I have stage IV cancer and am being treated for that with several drugs. She knew how those drugs will impact my dental and oral health without me having to explain it. I feel very confident having her as part of my medical team.

Dr. Ferres and her staff are the gold standard when it comes to dentistry! I have been using their services since she opened her office in 2004. And now, my daughter is her client also! They are always very professional, courteous, kind and helpful. Dr. Ferres is always so patient with my anxiety resulting from claustrophobia and how it translates when I have any dental work done. I love her holistic approach to dentistry. The attention to detail is appreciated also - from the ozonated water they use to the natural mouth tonic - as it aligns with my beliefs on alternative healing. Thank you Dr. Ferres :)

They started out almost perfect and I was very impressed. However each visit has been progressively worse, the staff becoming less and less attentive and doing a worse and worse job on my cleaning and on sharing information with me. I think I'm going to cancel my next appointment and as they are the only holistic dentist in town just go there for the standard visits.

We always have such an amazing experience at Ferres Dentistry! Today was a big day for us, and my daughter, who is seven, had a cavity. The team at Ferres dentistry was so patient and kind as my daughter was petrified to have all those tools her in mouth. They made her feel so calm, came up with all these silly names, and even educated her throughout the whole process so she knew what was happening. That was so huge in her comfortability! Thank you Dr. Ferres and team, you all are truly the best!

If you are in need of a dentist, Dr. Doris Ferres and her team is an EXCELLENT choice! Dr. Ferres is always warm, welcoming, and never rushed. Dr. Ferres takes her time to explain the best course of action for you and also tells you each step of the way during a dental procedure. While in her chair, I felt valuable, relaxed, and confident that I was in good hands. My dental hygienist, Jenny, is a great compliment to Dr. Ferres' office. Jenny is meticulous and thorough. She is also very friendly and informative. I'm very happy to be a patient there and the new office is spacious, immaculate and state of the art.

After a Google search for a dentist near me, I cold called looking for help with a painful tooth, a real live person answered the phone. No 5 minute recording telling me to dial 911 or warning of covid. I explained my issue and gave my insurance info over the phone. After 5 minutes they called back and said I was good with my insurance and they could fit me right in. (I am already impressed) Once I arrived I was welcomed by friendly staff and sent in for x-rays. It was determined a wisdom tooth had to come out. While I sat in the chair they contacted my insurance company and determined my benefits, within 5 minutes they explained all costs and benefits. The tooth was removed that very day. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Ferres, her staff and the treatment I received that day. This place is golden to me.

I am very pleased with the care I was given by Dr. Ferres and her staff. I was visiting in the area and had a dental problem. Knowing my time in town was limited I was given an appointment right away, and Dr. Ferres gave me excellent prompt care. Thank you!

Before finding Dr. Ferres I hadn't been to the dentist in years! Dr. Ferres and her staff were extremely caring, educated and thorough. The office is extremely clean and organized. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, all seem genuinely happy to be at work with Dr. Ferres. I never feel rushed during appointments, Dr. Ferres takes time to talk to her patients about their exam, concerns and proper treatment plans. On two separate occasions I have had to make a same day of appointment and her office has been very accommodating with their schedule to examine my concerns those same days. This office does simple things to show they really care about the patients they see every day, for example, you are given a warm, moist towel for your face following exams. I cannot say enough regarding the office, staff and Dr. Ferres herself. Emily, Delainey and Dr. Ferres are one of a kind and definitely set a standard!

Dr. Ferres and dental hygienist Jenny have been a God sent for me. I was recommended by my boss & good friend at work after being in a horrible tubing incident in TN a little over a year ago. My teeth shifted and my jawline was extremely sore and when I arrived they were very gentle and we shared laughs on how they informed me they've never seen or heard anything like my situation before. They jumped to my care effortlessly and although my mouth was in danger and I really assumed I'd be needing a few teeth pulled or eventually lost, I still have all of my teeth thanks to them! More importantly Jenny has educated me on preventative care and guidance throughout my whole mouth. By just showing me the best brushing techniques, flossing, tongue brushing and the best rinse wash specifically for my dental needs has been vital to my overall dental hygiene and growth. Thank you Jenny for keeping me accountable and (& not yelling at me) for all of your guidance- you're the BEST!!!
