Kevin Doring, D.D.S., M.A.G.D. a lifelong Marylander, has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with high quality, comprehensive dental treatment in a state-of-the-art dental facility. Dr. Dorings commitment to his patients and to dentistry is the core of his practice philosophy.
Dr. Doring maintains his full time private practice and travels extensively as a national dental educator sharing his expertise with colleagues on surgical techniques and placement of dental implants.
Dr. Doring resides in Southern Anne Arundel County, with his wife Tammy and two daughters, Rachel and Caroline. He and his family are members of St. Marys Roman Catholic Church in Annapolis. In his free time, Dr. Doring enjoys collecting antique firearms, golfing, and boating on the Chesapeake.
At Doring DDS, we want all of our patients to feel at home. We put your needs first so we can provide excellent, comprehensive, individualized treatment. Each of our dental assistants are certified in expanded dental functions, dental radiology and CPR.
Jennifer is from Mobile, Alabama. Her career in dentistry started in 1995 & while she was still in high school she started working as a dental assistant. After graduating high school she went on to obtain her degree in dental hygiene from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Over the years she began helping at the front desk with insurance and treatment plans, which she really enjoys.
In 2016, her husband accepted a promotion with Coca- Cola and they moved to Maryland. She and her husband enjoy spending their spare time with their two daughters exploring the area, hanging by the pool and cheering for Alabama football. Roll Tide!
Carina is from Bowie, MD. She has been in the dental field for a few years now. Making patients feel warm and welcome is what she does best. Carina is currently attending school to pursue real estate on the side. In her free time she loves playing racquet-ball, soccer and golf with the love of her life, George. She will soon be welcoming and giving so much love to her new puppy, Lucy Lou.
Brittany graduated Summa Cumme Laude from Old Dominion University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene. While working on her bachelors degree, she played NCAA Division I lacrosse for ODU.
After graduating from ODU, she attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) where she completed her Masters degree of Science. At the beginning of her studies she worked part time, went to school full time, and was a part time teachers assistant at UMB. She conducted her thesis research study on early childhood caries (cavities) (ECC) with the Women Infants and Children (WIC) program in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She regularly attends dental continuing education courses to keep her knowledge current.
Brittany is passionate about educating her patients on gum disease/periodontal disease and restorative options. She loves to motivate patients to start and continue their path to obtaining optimal oral health. She has years of experience working with patients ages three to ninety-five years old as well as mentally and physically challenged patients. She looks forward to the continual learning process with her profession. In her spare time, she loves being with her family, outdoor activities, and cheering for the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.
Tiffany enjoys being active and has completed multiple Spartan races along the East coast. These days, this Long Islander is spending time exploring her new home in Annapolis with her husband and dog-like cat (he plays fetch, sits and speak on command).
Tess is originally from Annapolis, MD. Tess loves to sail, read, play volley ball and travel. a lot of travel. If she could pick her favorite place she has traveled it would be Spain. Everyone in the offices favorite thing about Tess, other then her upbeat personality, is that she is one of 12 kids in her family. Yes, you read it right: 12 children and no halves. She looks forward to meeting everyone at their next dental visit.

Do not, under any circumstances, consider visiting this man. Several years ago, when I needed a new dentist, I went to him on the recommendation of a friend. While I was sedated, he removed (without permission) ALL of my gold crowns and inlays, replacing them with inferior composite. He didn't tell me he'd done it, and didn't compensate me for the cost of the gold which he STOLE. He also RUINED my bite (which had been carefully aligned by the late, wonderful David Peete, DDS) . . . I can no longer whistle, or bite a bit of sewing thread when I'm mending. While I was in his chair, he recommended some procedure or other -- while he was out of the room, his nurse whispered to me "Don't consider it. You don't need it, and it's expensive." When a man's own staff speaks like that, it really pays to find another care provider - which, of course, I did, as quickly as possible. Advice: Beware of ANY "professional" who names the building he occupies after himself.

Dr Doring's office is a blessing, this office is the only one I could find to help my sister Who is disabled. I literally searched nearly a month to get help with her dental needs. We needed sedation and many dentist do not assist in that area, sad but true. She was in so much Pain but I refused to give up my search. Finally we were blessed to find Dr. Doring and his staff are excellant very professional, I highly recommend this office. G Morgan Bowie Md.

Excellent in every way. My daughter has some dental anxiety and her dentist recommended sedation and referred us to Dr. Doring. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful and friendly. They put my daughter at ease and handled her nerves in a considerate way.

My son needed a lot of dental work which required sedation. Since my son has allergies to some sedation medications, I asked to speak to Dr Doring. He called me back and did an outstanding job explaining the sedation to us and performing all the dental work. I highly recommend Dr. Doring, especially if you need sedation. Also, his staff is top notch and they were very accommodating from the first phone call to the actual appointment. John L

Wish I could give more stars as the care here is excellent. Was really scared after two bad experiences with other Annapolis dentists. The receptionist, Jen, was friendly and reassuring on the phone and in person. Jess, the hygienist, was gentle, smart, and thorough. The assistant, Sam, was skillful, compassionate, and friendly, and last but not least, Dr. Doring. He is skilled, approachable, and honest and makes going to the dentist not so bad after all. Cannot recommend more highly.

Great experience as usual during my last visit on April 11th (2022). Doctor Doring has been my dentist for over 25 years now and I have no complaints. Doctor Doring is a very caring dentist and always does top quality work. All of his staff are very friendly and are a pleasure to deal with during your visits. I have had numerous dental procedures over the years and all of them have been good experiences for me because of Doctor Doring and his staff. I would not trust any other dentist with my dental care. Doctor Doring is GREAT!!!

Well from 5 stars to 1! Sold Olney in the middle of major dental work. That dentist died, no one can access my records. My bottom gums are still throbbing from work done 5 months ago. Olney staff did not call for preauthorization on dental work that was performed. I was told my insurance would pick up 50% but I have paid over $40,000 due to their laziness. I have sent all my accounting info to the Edgewater office for a reconciliation of the monies and have yet to get a response. All the smiles and pleasantries do not excuse his lack of integrity. Will be seeing what my recourse is. So frustrated and disappointed in another human.

I have been a patient of Dr. Doring for about 16 years. Dr. Doring is an excellent dentist. I came to the practice based on a recommendation from a friend that recommended I have my Wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Doring. Dr. Doring was highly recommended by my friend, and needless to say, 16 years later, I am still a happy patient. I loved the staff's warmness and attention to every detail. The staff takes the time to get to know you and make sure you receive the best care and provide information about maintaining good oral health. I am always greeted with a warm smile. Carina has the sweetest demeanor, and I am sure it has brought a sense of calm to patients when they enter the practice. Currently, Tiffany is my dental hygienist, and I absolutely love Tiffany. She is awesome. I have such a great time talking with Tiffany. Tiffany always does an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and is very gentle. Tiffany takes the time to answer any questions I have. With each visit, I always learn more about how to maintain my oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Doring!!

I have an intense gag reflex, so taking x-rays has always been stressful for me. I get them done with no problems here. They have better tech, and are extremely knowledgeable.
