THE LONGEST & MOST USELESS APPOINTMENT IN MY LIFE & that's saying something! TWO HOURS FOR NOTHING! Had a great initial experience & Dr Dores said he could extract my remaining 5 front teeth, he fit me for a mold for a temp denture & took the entire payment for the temp denture in September. Said they could do the "whole process at his office". Then something changed... Today, a month later, I went in for my consultation for my bottom teeth. When they gave me the estimate for all of the work (top & bottom) I asked how much it would be to have my front teeth extracted and the lady left the room to ask. When the person went to ask him about the extractions he said he would rather me have them done somewhere else. I told him I couldn't have them done at the other surgeons office and he said he wouldn't do them.Mind you I was in that chair for two hours. Dores was late. My appt was at 4pm & he walked in at 4:38pm. I only saw Dr. Dores for about 10-15 minutes & it was not pleasant. He spoke to me like I was a dentist that knew what he was talking about. I would never go back to this place I took my deposit back and drove myself home in tears. They knew I had dental PTSD and still behaved in this manner. I'm sick to my stomach with disgust! It took EVERYTHING in me to even GO to the dentist & to think I'd have to be without any top teeth for any length of time gives me so much anxiety.

Really amazing dental office. They are accommodating and super nice. This is the most welcoming dental office I've been to. They take my insurance and they got me in for a teeth cleaning when my previous dentist wasn't even booking at all. Alina is a thorough hygienist. Cindy is super professional and Emonee is wonderful and personable. Dr. Dores is addressing issues my prior dentist ignored. I'm bringing my kids here the moment they turn 18. Their technology is leaps and bounds ahead of other offices. And they take MassHealth! I can't believe my luck :) . For once I'm not being made to feel as if I deserve subpar care just for being a single working parent on MassHealth (much unlike an office in Wilbraham I once dealt with).

Amazing stuff, one of the best doctor!! I will keep smiling because of Dr. Dores!! Thank youuuu soooo muchhh!! Everything was amazing!!! Stuff are the best!!!

Dores is not a step ahead of other dental offices... They're large leaps ahead of them. Have you ever waited weeks and weeks to get an appointment and then weeks longer to wait on your crowns to come back to them in the mail? I know how much waiting stinks and I didn't like the stench anymore so I went to Dores Dental who have the ability to prep, make and place your crowns all in the same afternoon. It feels so good to walk out with your issue resolved without jumping through hoops and dealing with the 'stink'. Make a choice today that you can feel good about tomorrow.

They had me seen and referred immediately less than 30 min to an oral surgeon from my broken tooth They made me feel so comfortable and cared about! THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

I am updating my post. Dr. Dores is my dentist. Him and his office staff are very kind and he is a very good dentist. He has a calming demeanor. Today I called the office because I started having some issues with one of my back teeth. Dr. Dores secretary had me come in immediately and Dr. Dores was able to figure out the issue with my tooth and then took care of it. If I didn't get in with his office, I would have most likely had an abscess starting to brew. Try Dores Dental, you won't be sorry!

The best of the best!!! I was terrified of the dentist for a long time until I came here...the office is so clean and the staff is amazing!!!! Lina, Savannah and Doc Dores are very nice and the experience is great. I wouldn't choose any other dentist!!! There are raffles and they accommodate to my schedule!!!!

Hands down the best dentist in Massachusetts!!!!! Honestly my teeth were in very poor shape when I first started seeing Dr.Dores. he never made me feel bad or guilty about the condition my teeth were in and he has been going above and beyond to fix them!!! I will never go to another dentist!

Dores Dental is the most caring and friendly dental office. My children and I go to Dores Dental for all our dental needs. My three children have Invisalign on there teeth and they have a great experience every time they visit the office. The women that work there are so polite and friendly. They have become an extension of our family. Thank you so much for being in our lives.

If you have a toothache and are going insane, visit Doris Dental and he will relieve your pain. Before visiting Doris Dental I hid my grin for a long long while, now everybody I meet I give them a big smile!
