I got very lucky and was able to book an appointment the day after receiving my referral for wisdom teeth removal. The office was very kind from the people I talked to on the phone to the dental assistants and the dentist himself. They were very warming and welcoming and I did local anesthesia for the removal and they made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. The only thing I wish went better is that no one went over care instructions with me, I only received an envelope with instructions, ice pack the socket gel, and the rinse without any direction or walking me through the care. I was very overwhelmed and had a lot of questions but felt that I was being rushed out (even though my extraction only took 10 minutes.) Overall, highly would recommend! That was just a tiny blip in an overall great and comfortable experience and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Thank you Dr. Efaw for pulling my husband's tooth this morning 10/27. You were very kind to do the extra things you did for us! Your generosity will not be forgotten. Not by me or Dennis Brewer. Just want to say thank you again! If the need arises for us in the future we will be back to see you!!

I had a lower infected impacted bottom left wisdom tooth. The root was curled and hooked into the jaw bone. The procedure wasn't paonless but it was not the Dr. fault as I have an extreme tolerance to local anesthetic. I have a dry socket, they immediately seen me and packed it. I have a good amount of pain but the soothe gel is helping. When they had found out about my swelling they seen me immediately. They care about their patients and service. I will be using this service to extract my upper right wisdom in tbe future since my root is through my sinus cavity. If you are worried about sanitation issues and pain then go here. It is very clean and mostly painless with amazing service. Highly recommended.

I was having great dental pain in a decayed upper molar that needed to be pulled. My dentist decided to refer me to an oral surgeon. I was seen the same day, by Dr. Ocheltree. I usually go with sedation but, since they squeezed me in...I nervously went without. I must say...my fear was in my head. The doctor was done before I knew it. Literally. These oral surgeons have the "touch". The teamwork between the two dental offices was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I will no longer fear when I am in good hands. Thank you for everything!

Very pleased with the online registration. Staff was very friendly and professional. Prep and extraction for one tooth were smooth and quick. Full disclosure of what was to take place and post care. Highly recommend Dr. Elger. Disappointed in methods of finance. I was prepared to pay in full using a debit card. Would have paid upon arrival. Was not made aware of a discount for paying with cash or check until I was prepped and waiting for the return of the staff to do the extraction. No mention of this on the website or via prior phone conversation. While getting numb and anticipating the extraction, I was shown treatment plan fees and invited to pay right then or after the procedure was completed. Very poor timing for discussing payment.

The office staff were very nice and helpful. The technicians were friendly and professional. However, I was not at all impressed with Dr. Elger. Very poor bedside manner. He did not seem very caring or interested in hearing my needs. I told him not to use Ketamine which I know can have very bad side effects. He did this anyway. I did not receive any pain medication prior to discharge. I was told to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol afterwards. That did not work and I was in excruciating pain the night of my surgery. I then called the next morning for pain meds. I also asked for an antibiotic because I heard him say prior to surgery that there was underlying tooth decay. He was not very concerned about my discomfort or my condition. I do not recommend him.

Dr. Capodice and his staff are awesome!! I had a couple baby teeth extracted so we could expose my K-9's and pull them down into place. He did an great job and everyone was super friendly and professional!! Highly recommend!!

Had an appointment a week ago for an wisdom extraction with Dr Efaw.. it went really good had my mouth numbed appointment went really Fast and was very comfortable and had no pain all staff were very kind and polite will go back for future work

First time here, they are an hour away but our local Drs retired. Gotta say the staff and Dr Elger are great. Got in on time, and the procedure was done before I knew it. I had one extraction and it was pretty painless. Everyone was cheerful and extremely helpful. Worth the drive.

Great office atmosphere. Staff all business and polite. Only one tech was friendly which is very important in a situation like this. Most are terribly uncomfortable at the dentist and some are terrified. A little friendliness goes a long way to make a patient feel comfortable. Not the only game in town.
