Dr. Donlevy grew up in Southern California but spent a number of years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well. He returned to the southern California area where he attended the University of Southern California. He was accepted into the USC School of Dentistry after only two years of undergraduate work, completing his D.D.S. in 1990 and graduating number one in his class. After graduation, he enrolled in medical school at Vanderbilt University, obtaining his M.D. in 1993. He completed a one year internship in General Surgery at Vanderbilt. His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency was also completed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1996 and he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1999. Dr. Donlevy began private practice in his current location in 1996, offering the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, dental implants and oral rehabilitation, head and neck pathology, and dentoalveolar surgery. Dr. Donlevy is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is married with four children and is an active member of the local South Bay community.
Dr. Estess is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a graduate of Stanford University, where he obtained his degree in Human Biology. He then received his dental degree from the University of Southern California. At USC he graduated at the top of his class and received multiple awards including membership to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. His passion for surgery led him to the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, where he received extensive training in the areas of maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, dental implants and oral rehabilitation, head and neck pathology, and dentoalveolar surgery. As part of his residency, Dr. Estess also trained with the highly regarded Head and Neck Surgical Associates in Portland, OR. He then entered private practice at his current locations in 2011. Dr. Estess is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. As a California native, Dr. Estess has made the South Bay his home. He maintains an active role in the community and multiple professional organizations. In his free time, Dr. Estess enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.
As a southern California native, Dr. Lohiya is excited to serve the West L.A. and South Bay communities with their oral surgical needs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from UCLA and then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. During this time, she developed an interest in surgery and the rehabilitation of patients with oral disease, and participated in several volunteer trips to provide dental and medical healthcare abroad. She subsequently completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Washington in Seattle. During her training, she authored several abstracts, book chapters, and journal articles. She was recognized for her commitment to teaching and providing excellent patient care. Dr. Lohiya is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has a comprehensive background in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, infections, trauma, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, and both benign and malignant pathology. She currently serves as a Clinical Instructor for the UCLA School of Dentistry Section of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is active in local leadership as a voting board member of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, and exploring beautiful southern California.

My 9-year old son needed to extract 3 baby teeth, so we were recommended to this team. Such a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind throughout the process and made him feel really comfortable. The entire procedure took about 45 minutes, and there really was no initial wait beyond filling out documents. Thank you to the staff and doctors there!

Professional. Proficient. Painless. My experience with Dr. Lohiya has been nothing short of perfect. And the staff supporting her are excellent as well. From the scheduling folks, to the technicians and the people that assist her with her procedures -- I don't have one negative thing to say. I highly recommend these folks. And a shout out to Dr. Carton Fung for referring me. One last thing. Dr. Lohiya follow up with call. Who does that? Someone that actually cares is my guess.

Dr. Estess did a wonderful job extracting my very last wisdom tooth! I requested to only have local anesthesia and I did not feel a thing! He was gentle and before I knew it he was all done. The staff and front desk secretary are very friendly. I'm glad I chose this place and I'm finally wisdom tooth free! :) Highly recommend this place and Dr. Estess.

Dr. Lohia extracted a wisdom tooth recently. She and her staff did an excellent job. I did not experience much pain and discomfort afterward. Dr. Logia and her staff were very conscientious in the post- surgery phase and I am making an excellent recovery.

Dr. Estess is amazing!! Everyone at this office is so sweet and caring. Desiree fit me in and dr. Donlevy did my initial exam and was extremely thorough when explaining my procedure. I wanted to get it done asap so dr. Estess did my tooth extraction and implant procedure. I felt absolutely no pain, and he let me know what was happening every step of the way. Super friendly and caring, I highly recommend this place. The follow up calls and check ins is what really put me at ease. UPDATE: 2/17/2022 I went for my final checkup to be cleared to get my implant from my dentist. As always, super friendly and Dr. Estess explains everything. The best experience ever!!
