I have been patient of Dr. Donaldson for about four years now. Dr. Donaldson and all of her dental hygienists are some of most polite, professional people I've ever had the privilege of being around. They do an amazing job cleaning teeth and whatever other dental work you may have to have done which is why I continued to go there. This morning I had to cancel my appointment do to a work related issue that was out of my control. I work for the government in the federal bureau of prisons and sometimes these things happen. When i was explaining this to the lady that answered the phone, I was informed that I was more than likely going to be charged a $50 fee for not cancelling within 48 hours. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't want to cancel and that the factors where again work related and out of my control, she responded by saying that they had a business to run and more than likely I'd be charged the $50 dollars for not canceling 48 hours in advance. I feel this comment was very disrespectful and because of it they now lost a patient which is a shame because i really enjoyed the professionalism and work Dr. Donaldson and all her hygienist provided.

I have been a patient since I was about 5 years old. Everyone is always so nice and sincere. Dr Donaldson and all of the people at the office have always made a normally somewhat unpleasant experience, great.
