I am passionate about dentistry, whether I am restoring a new patients smile, providing volunteer dentistry to those in need, or simply checking up on the health of an existing patient during a routine exam. My patients comfort is very important to me: it is my goal to give them a lifetime of oral health in a warm and relaxing environment.
A native of Kenmore, WA, I attended Inglemoor High School before beginning my formal education at the University of Washington, where I earned a bachelors degree in English. I obtained my dental training at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, and received my Dental Medicine Doctorate. Since graduating, I have been committed to updating my techniques and knowledge of the latest science through many forms of continuing education.
Now I reside in Bothell with my wife of 22 years, Vanessa and our son, Chase. My free time is happily spent with my family and our bevy of animals: a golden retriever, a black lab, a cat, and eight chickens. We love to be outdoors and take advantage of this beautiful area, whether we are snow skiing, hunting, fishing, hiking, on the water, or just in our garden.
Debbie has more than 30 years in the dental field. She started out as a dental assistant and transitioned to a financial/insurance and scheduling coordinator. She is your first point of contact in our office. She enjoys coordinating patient visits and keeping you on track with preventive care. Debbie was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in the Seattle area since 1992. She has two adult children and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is an amateur photographer and loves 'artography'...the art of photo altering.
Melanie began her dental career as a certified dental assistant more than 24 years ago. Now transitioned into the front office, she is able to assist patients in understanding and maximizing their dental insurance benefits and financial options. Born and raised in Spokane, Melanie moved to western Washington in 1988. She and her husband of 30 years enjoy camping and spending time with family, especially their new grandson.
Debis dental career began in 1983. She started in the front office, became an assistant, and now works as a hygienist. Having joined our team in 2010, she is dedicated to ensuring her patients overall oral health through cleanings and periodontal maintenance. Debi has been happily married since 1988. Her free time is spent going to the gym, hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Faye is one of our full-time dental hygienists. She graduated from Idaho State University in 1984 and has been with our team since 1999. Her interests outside the office include skiing, riding horses, and spending time with her Jack Russell terriers, Wort and Pearl.
Betty has been a dental assistant since 1994. She first worked at the UW School of Dentistry and has been a part of our team since 2002. When shes not at the office, Betty enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
