This place is beyond ridiculous...I had a filling come out several times...every time I have a scheduled appointment I am left waiting LITERALLY HOURS TO BE SEEN....I have literally had more than 6 appointments this year for the same filling.

Love this place and most of the staff really enjoy that I can see the doctor and have meds filled at the same time and even do a dentist appointment if needed while I am there or councling

They haven't been returning calls, they don't address the issues and they put bandaids on serious problems. Lost 2 teeth based off me losing the crown off one tooth. Complain about other teeth and they only address the ones they want and now I have a hole the size of a pea in one of the teeth and the filling came out of another I complained about. They don't return phone calls and then want to tell me I didn't come in or I don't take care of my teeth. I brush 3x a day, floss and rinse and I told them " if y'all answer a phone call I can schedule my appointment" I y'all answer a phone call I wouldn't be having these problems and if y'all addressed the issues I wouldn't be having these problems. I gave them the one star because they aren't rude to me but they don't really care much for people who have Caresource insurance. I'm in pain now and no one has returned my 5 phone calls. I purchased some dental insurance and I am going to get the proper dental care I need from somewhere else. I know it might be costly but I'm tired of being in pain and I have to put my trust in someone else. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It was so bad I wish I could give it a zero, but that's not possible so I give it a one. . .

Great experience, friendly staff. The wait wasn't the best but not that long. Professional, thorough, and comfortable.

Had a horrible experience with the receptionist before my appointment last year. I was a regular patient at the Cleveland location and only came here because that office was closed. I never even got my appointment completed as the front desk woman gave me incorrect information which led me to miss my appointment. She doesn't have people skills whatsoever.. I miss the Cleveland office!

After several calls to schedule my sons appointment they finally answer, make it to the appointment and the receptionist lacks customer service says she can't find my son in the system but then proceeds to say he was there in 2017 contradicting herself. Takes his temp due to COVID regulations and says he has a fever at 99.4 and states anything over 99.2 they reject. Now my employer the CDC and most places who require a COVID questionnaire and temperature including the VA and courthouse where we had just came from state anything over 100.4 is considered a fever, ok rules are rules I can respect that. I pull out my thermometer which I carry on me so that I can check my temp daily for work and it shows my sons temp at 97.4 normal temp. She states well you have to reschedule. No thank you your thermometer will still be off the next appointment. Unfortunately I took a day off work to sit in their hallway of heat no not a lobby because they have no lobby to be turned away for in inaccurate thermometer reading. Found a dentist closer to home in Groveport who will get us in by end of week and will accept temperatures up to yes the recommended temp by the CDC of 100.4.

Has a "no frills" ambience that the staff seem to mimic. The equipment is old and worn, there's just one room with 3 chairs, and the staff is very direct and unpolished. I can appreciate directness, but a class in customer service might be beneficial, especially since the patient can hear everything that is being said. Also, the greeting and farewell was essentially non-existent. Overall, it was a good experience. I needed a cleaning and some cavities filled and the dentist (not sure who, but not Dr. Bowen), was efficient and guided me through each process by telling me what he was about to do and then demonstrated what I would feel. That alleviated much of my anxiety. I'm on the fence about returning, but if you're looking for a quick "in and out," experience, this is a good spot.

The worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. This dentist is not compassionate at all he had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't feeling any pain because he numbed me up pretty well and I was only feeling pressure!!! He told me to put my hand down because I was making him nervous on top of that the staff talks about the patients on the floor where other patients can hear! This office is very unprofessional I will never go there again and I will be reporting this office.
