Dr. Perman earned his Bachelors of Science degree at Portland State University and his dental degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Perman is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Clackamas County Dental Society, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He gives back to the community by volunteering with the NW Medical Teams and Give Kids a Smile program. Dr. Perman has three children (Danny, Thomas, and Emily). He enjoys sports (especially the Ducks) and has enjoyed coaching over the years and serving on the board of Canby Junior Baseball. As an active member of the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce he strives to give back to the Canby community. In his spare time he stays active at the gym, on the course, river, mountain or field with friends and family. Travel? His bags are always packed.
Karen has been a part of Dr. Permans team since 1995 with 26 total years of experience as a dental assistant. She has two children Ellie and Lexi who keep her very busy with their various sporting events. Karen enjoys watching her kids play ball, relaxing with friends and family, and travel.
Michael was born in Connecticut but raised in Clackamas Oregon. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor of science in Human Physiology. After graduation he decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist and received a Bachelor of Dental Hygiene Studies from Pacific University. Michael is proficient in Spanish and was part of the Hispanic Dental Association in hygiene school. One of the reasons he became a hygienist is that he is passionate about systemic health. He loves connecting with patients and educating them about how oral health relates to the overall health of body. He enjoys the outdoors- hiking, kayaking, and going to the coast. He is also a big animal lover.
Laura was born and raised in Hermiston, Oregon. She came from a large close knit family. She attended The College of Idaho where she earned a bachelors degree in Art and Psychology. She later attended Pacific University where she received her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene Studies. She and her husband love to play board games with friends and spending time outside. Laura also enjoys walking, hiking, and playing tennis.
Cynthia joined us as a dental assistant in December of 2014. She married her husband Arturo in 2011. They have two children, Julian and Ileana. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family especially taking her kids to the park.
Brittany joined our team in 2017 although she has been in the dental field for many years. She is our financial coordinator and does an amazing job of helping patients find ways to afford their treatment. Brittany enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her husband Gage, dog Dwight, and cat Mose. She also loves spoiling her nieces and nephews.

They only recommend dental work that I really do need. They're always on time, friendly and comforting. Clean office. Most importantly, Dr Perman is COMPETENT! His work lasts, pain free.

Dr. Perman and staff always show genuine care and professionalism. They accommodate as much as possible and call if there is an opening that will better suit my schedule. I have never experienced pain or anxiety of any sort while being treated by Dr. Perman. Dr. Perman's level of expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry is extremely assuring, and I have always been 100% satisfied with his results. I recommend Dr.Perman and staff, for all dental needs!!

Although going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, everyone here is so wonderful that I really don't mind when I need to go. Dr. Perman is exceptionally talented, especially with my problem teeth, and both his humor and his singing are bonuses. Everyone from the front office to the assistants are kind, caring and extremely helpful. They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. This is truly an office with the latest techniques and technology, yet maintains old fashioned caring and courtesy. I am so lucky to have found them!

My experience at the dentist this morning was very pleasant and everyone was very courteous. I really enjoyed looking out of the large window while my teeth were being cleaned. My last dentist only had pictures on the ceiling to look at.

I absolutely love this dentist office. Everyone is kind and understanding and I actually want to go back. My whole family will be here eventually. If you need someone new I would highly recommend this facility.
