My autistic son has some issues with needles. We were searching all over for a dentist who could handle it, and it turned out that they were right here in town. Clean facility, very kid-friendly staff, and quick service.

I love this dentist office. Everyone is very nice and caring. The doctor takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand all your treatment options.

Dr Hale is a wonderful dentist. The staff is one of the most professional staff i have ever seen. I would drive to bay minette from milton anyday!!!

Excellent! Customer service, customer care, bed side manner, everything! They make detailed notes and remember likes, dislikes, and how to care for their patients.

The staff and Dr. Hale were so good to my Dad today. This was his first visit to their office and I couldn't have been more pleased. I am writing this review for others in my situation. My father is almost 80 and has dementia. I made the staff aware the day before the visit and like I already stated they were very kind, patient and caring. If you have an elderly parent this is the dentist office for them.

Called on a Monday and had an appointment for Thursday . I absolutely hate the dentist. Didn't like it as a kid still don't as an adult. The staff at dr Hale office was nothing less than amazing. Answered all my questions and everyone was just as nice as they could be . Thank you all so much .

I called in as a new patient for my daughter, got seen the next day. The office was clean and organized. The staff were nice, we didn't have to wait long to be seen, and my daughter was very pleased with her visit.
