As a first time patient of a regular cleaning with no cavities/concerns, I was unpleased to hear that my billing problem wouldn't be corrected (insurance needed cleaning to be billed as prophylaxis vs full mouth debridement to cover 3x per year) I was told, "We treat the needs of our patients, not their insurance companies." To which I responded, "Working with insurance companies is a huge part of treating your patients, one I've been expected to do working in health care for 15 years now."

Dr Restauri is my dentist and has been since I was small. He is very, very good and provides gentle care. His staff are all very sweet.
