I had a 10/10 experience with Dominion Endodontics. Their team was incredibly kind to me and assured I was aware of what to expect in my treatment. Dr. Yeh, specifically, asked if I felt comfortable throughout my procedure, which made me feel more confident! I highly recommend coming to this office!

Severe tooth pain is one of the worse types of pain you could ever experience. When you have that level of pain you want a practice like Dominion Endodontics caring for you. First, the empathetic staff understands that the majority of the patients are in pain when they call for an appointment. They always managed to get me in as quickly as possible to see Dr. Palmieri. Dr. Palmieri has stayed late in the office and has come in early before his scheduled patients to see me. When you are in distress Dr. Palmieri is exactly the kind of person you want to take charge of your care. He is calm, thoughtful, caring and very quiet by nature which helps alleviate your anxiety. Dr. Palmieri's diagnostic skills are amazing, and he will explain exactly what is causing your pain and then outline the plan for treating it. His skill in administering anesthetic agents is exemplary. He also will call you the evening after he does a procedure to check up on you. I have been his patient since 2011 and unfortunately for me in the last eleven years I have needed to have four root canals. Fortunately for me Dr. Palmieri is my endodontist.

used to be in the dental field and can appreciate when coming to a practitioner who is gifted in their specialty. Dr Palmieri is one such professional who not only meets your expectations, but excels. every facet of the treatment was careful, considerate, and not rushed or pushed. quiet office and excellent chairside manner. his loyal assistant was very professional as well and an asset. wholeheartedly recommend Dr Palmieri for Endodontics.

My experience here was great!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everyone is professional. Dr Lim was really patient explaining the procedure, progress and what to expect. I haven't complete my treatment but I am very happy with the teeth alignment result so far!

I was absolutely blown away by the care and compassion demonstrated by Dr. Yeh and the Dominion staff. I saw them over three appointments in Alexandria and in Falls Church and could not be happier to have been referred to them. I have extremely severe dental anxiety and had a full-blown panic attack in their waiting room before my first appointment. I've received a lot of scorn and judgement for that at other offices, but both the dental and admin staff were incredible. They calmed me down, made me as comfortable as possible, and by the third appointment I was cracking jokes and was barely even stressed in a situation I usually would have to be dragged into kicking and screaming and crying. I hope I never have reason to go back but if I do I'm going to choose them every time.
