Dominion Dental Services Inc

A refreshing alternative to bureaucratic institutions, Dominion is a groundbreaker, bringing practical solutions, best practices and a new level of service to the benefits industry. Details are important to us. We guarantee everything from reporting and billing accuracy to network retention and member satisfaction. No point is too fine.

We offer Select dental plans (same as a DHMO), PPO plans, ePPO plans and dual-choice coverage. In addition, we also provide full administrative support for strategic partnerships, health plans and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). And our selection of vision plans offers coverage for a wide range of budgets.

From groups ranging in size from two to several thousand, we serve full and part-time employees and members of associations, chambers of commerce, fraternal organizations, credit unions, student bodies, State and Federal governments and more.

AWFUL SERVICES. This must be a fraudulent company for sure. I paid out of pocket for everything. They NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I wish I could give them minus 5 stars.

WORST DENTAL PLAN EVER. I never actually write these. And if I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company was terrible. I fractured a tooth a while back and, since I had this coverage I sent out a claim for prior authorization with the appropriate x-rays and plan of care from my dentist. Got denied the first time, they told me the x-rays didn't come, okay. Got my dentist to resend them and was there when dominion national confirmed they had received them and could view them along with the plan of care. Should be good, right? Wrong. Got denied again. Called and asked why, they beat around the bush trying to tell me they needed to be within 6 months of procedure (they weren't even 6 months old yet) and then explained now ON TOP OF the plan of care (which tells you what is wrong and how the dentist intends to fix it) and the x-rays AND diagnostic quality photographs of my fractured tooth, they would need a narrative. When I asked why they would need it they said so they could know what was wrong - you know, like you can see on X-rays, pictures and a detailed plan of care from the same dentist they're now asked for a narrative from. Okay. Nothing was ever solved. I ended up just paying for the crown on my own after 4 months of trying to work with these people. Worst company ever. I paid faithfully for 2 years and never really called on them for anything until this. Avoid them. Just get a dental savings plan. They'll just pull your chain until you can't take it anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service. One phone number doesn't even work. I've been on hold with the other number for an hour. The automated system will not recognize my member number but doesn't give an option to speak to a real person after entering an "unrecognizable memeber number"

Awful customer service . Have been overcharging for more than one year. 3 deductions each month. Have spoekn to 2 different people--never a manager available--reassure they willfix. But they don't and then say tostop emailing as their response is simply a courtesy. BUt on the phone nobody does anything. Will be reporting to BBB. Also get errort message when trying to edit, terminate or query account

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! I was overcharged, on the phone for 45 minutes, no one would confirm they would send me my money back. They told me they would but would not send anything saying that I would be receiving the money. "They marked it in their system" Ugh never again.

Really really terrible service. Their website is practically unusable. I set up autopay numerous times and for whatever reason it has continually booted me off and thus my bill was not paid. You'd think a company would do everything in their power to ensure they get paid. Now I can't even figure out how to pay online at all. If you click "member summary" you get an error message and a bunch of code. Furthermore, a lot of dentists won't even accept Dominion. Wonder why...
