Dr. Raymond and his team have great whenever I need them - which unfortunately was for a broken tooth and extraction. They made the process simple and explained every step. Always available when needed.

I was greeted by name as I walked in the door to check-in at the Front desk. The young lady was smiling and very friendly. She immediately called back to let my Hygienist, (Lexi) know I had arrived. I was then called back by an assistant who was very friendly and asked how I was doing. After the assistant finished her assigned tasks she notified Lexi who then arrived and completed the examination and cleaning of my teeth. She was extremely personable and I immediately felt comfortable with her, with this being my first appointment with this hygienist. Then she called in the Dentist attending to the patients and she was very friendly and she did a thorough check of my teeth and gums. I was very impressed with Lexi's technique and touch. She was very thorough and highly competent. Overall I was extremely pleased with this visit. Thank you again, ALBERT.

Dr. Raymond is caring, soothing, funny and competent. He is the best in town. I can say that with confidence because I've lived here my whole life and been to many different dentists in this town. Stephanie was my hygienist and the combo of those two working on my crazy mouth together made me less anxious. Thanks y'all!!!

Stay away. The worst thieves in my experience. His billing department should be prosecuted for fraud. Due to a bureaucratic error by the insurance, two different insurances were billed knowingly by Raymond's office and each paid the claim (duplicate payment). I spite of the fact I notified this crook's office about the double charging to two different insurances, these crooks didn't have the decency to notify the insurance of the double payment and return the one payment. I also intervene but to no avail. This office are crooks! Stay away. Dr. Raymond is personable but what's the use.

I've been seeing Dr. Raymond for over 15 years. He is a great dentist, very caring and conscientious, and his office and staff are efficient and patient-friendly.

I honestly never leave reviews, but I feel people should know the details of my visit. I called in to get a retainer replacement. I sat down in the chair, and Dr. Raymond J. II, WITHOUT looking at my teeth said it would be $3,500-4000 for restorative or I can get a retainer replacement. He left and the office manager came back with a quote on the retainer at $984. STOP. At this point, Dr. J. Raymond didn't even do his job with no explanation or education to help me decide what to do, almost like I was expected to know. Maybe he was having a bad day? Apart of my quote was a $90 office visit fee which is insane to pay for no information to help me justify spending the $984 on a retainer. I paid the $90, and left. I called back 20 minutes later because I felt I should have my $90 back and the office manager said she would called back later that day or next. I gave them a chance to do whats right and they chose to neglect in helping me. Long story short, I called Drs. Weidman & Hazy, they were awesome. They told me it was $500 for a retainer vs ( $ 984 at Dr. Raymonds) and took the time to explain everything to me. Take your business to Drs. Weidman and Hazy, I had a really good experience and was happy to spend my money with them.

I was a patient for a year after moving to the area. The billing is sketchy. You always have extra charges, and when you call sometimes they say it was an error and take it off. Usually they explain it as a "deductible" But a dentist that sends a bill WITHOUT their phone # on it is a clear indication that they dont want you to call. When I shared I was taking my business elsewhere the receptionist said .." I would too, and I am also doing the same." On a good note, the dentist was personable but did alway try to upsell me which is not a good feeling at a dentist where you rely on their input because I do not have knowledge to know what I NEED.

Best in the biz. I've been going here for 11 years and have had all kinds of dental work done. Doc is the man. Dr. Alathari recently helped with Veneer due to Doc being out with shoulder surgery. She is just as awesome and very detail oriented as well. Front staff are always awesome. All around it's the the best in the biz!

I would like to share my experience with Doctor Raymond. My first couple of visits were fine. After a few visits, the hygienist refused to perform a regular cleaning of my tooth and wanted me to do a deep clean. I told the hygienist and the doctor, I just cleaned my tooth at your office 6 month ago, why would I need a deep clean that costed about $1000? They refused to do a regular clean and I refused to do a deep clean. However, Dr. Raymond still charged my insurance for the visit and for the cleaning that they did not perform! I went to another dentist and the other dentist performed a regular cleaning for me. But to my surprise, the other dentist found a cavity. However, this cavity was just filled by Dr. Raymond two months ago. It implied that Dr. Raymond did not fully fill up the cavity. I did not write my review because of this experience. The thing that made me to write the review is that after 7 years of not visiting Dr. Raymond, I received a bill of $100 from Dr. Raymond without information on the date of service and treatment he performed. I refused to pay. He sent the charge to collection office. I found out that because my credit card interest rate went up a lot. After I checked my credit history, I found that my credit score decreased because Dr. Raymond send the bill to collection agency. This impacted my credit card interest rate and also has an implication on my loan, home and auto insurance.

I am proud to say I have been a patient of Dr. Raymond's since 1992! From fillings, several root canals, crowns, a bridge, and Invisalign, Dr. Raymond has always provided the best dental treatment for me. His staff has always been kind and pleasant, which makes the whole experience enjoyable! I highly recommend his dental practice to everyone I know!

First let me say that I am not a fan of any dental office. I went looking for a new dentist after feeling humiliated at another local Dental practice. Let me say that if I could give this practice 10 stars, I would. I felt nothing but respect and compassion from start to finish. The office runs like a well oiled machine. My compliments to your office.
