Dr. Dominguez attended UCLA and obtained a bachelors degree in Biology. She then attended Howard University Dental School in Washington, DC, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2000. While at Howard Dental School, she achieved several awards for her outstanding clinical skills.She then completed her residency at USC with an emphasis in oral surgery. Dr.Dominguez is certified to provide Invisalign clear and removable braces. She is also certifiedto place MIDI Mini Dental Implants and the use of Botox for therapeutic uses such as TMJ andheadaches.
Dr. Dominguez was born and raised in California. She moved to South Carolina in 2002. She is married to Dr. Carlton D. Rucker and they have three sons and a Chocolate Lab. She enjoys time with her family and traveling. Dr. Dominguez is also a member in the following prestigious organizations:
Dr. Rucker was born and raised in Lancaster, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. He then proceeded to Howard University in Washington, DC, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2000 and met his wife, Dr. Lori C. Dominguez. Dr. Rucker is certified to place MDI Mini Dental Implants. Dr. Rucker enjoys spending time with their three sons, traveling, fishing and hunting.He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including:

I just had the most amazing teeth cleaning with Nicole at D & R family dentistry...she was very thorough with her technique and my teeth feel brand new!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

This was my 1st visit to this practice. It was nothing but absolutely an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Professionalism, friendly, and knowledgeable are attributes I'd use to describe the staff and doctors. I look forward to my next visit to continue my dental care.

By far the best dentistry I've ever been to. All of the staff is very polite, professional and most important KNOWLEDGEABLE. All procedures will be explained to you before anything occurs. All staff upholds your comfort and safety to the highest degree. I will continue to here as long as I live!

I wish there was a negative stars that I could use. it's the worst dentistry you could ever go to. staff don't work to your time as much as possible. they did a terrible job on my first set as they never touched it. Rude management!

Dr. Dominguez is amazing and so is the staff. I've lived in several parts of the country for the last eight years but am unwilling to switch dentists just yet. It's hard to find quality with compassion and kindness.

From the minute I checked in up until the minute I checked out, I enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very genuine, kind and welcoming. I felt right at home. Dr. Dominguez was very kind, explaining everything that she was doing as she was doing it and is very knowledgeable. Her staff was equally as amazing and I felt extremely well taken care of. Will definitely be recommending this office to everyone!

I went yesterday for a complete evaluation and the service was great, the office looks very nice, the front desk assistants where very kind and they are bilingual too, assistant Maribel was so kind and knowledgable she speaks Spanish too and then Dr.Walker explained everything I needed to know very well and she was very kind, gentle and patient. I definitely recommend D&R family

D&R Dentistry is simple the best there is!!! The environment is very welcoming and inviting and so are the staff!!! Dr. Dominguez & Dr. Walker are experts in the field and do an amazing job educating their patients on proper dental hygiene as well as making sure they are comfortable with any dental work being performed!! I made an appointment specifically for a cleaning and I called beforehand to inquire about price...once I got in office and received cleaning the price was 60 dollars more.. all because a doctor walked in after cleaning and did nothing that I see required 60 dollars extra...my appointment was specifically for a cleaning and not for a doctor to walk in after cleaning and do nothing but charge an extra 60 dollars...In addition they require x-rays yearly which is ridiculous and expensive.. if you take care of your teeth..I will be going elsewhere ....can't afford the prices and the slick moves out of personal in office just so they can charge you extra money...
