Dr. Fennell is a native of the Chicora area. She graduated from Karns City Area High School and continued her studies at West Virginia University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her passion for the ever-changing world of dentistry led her to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she attained a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After graduation, she joined Dr. DeFrancisis and his staff at Chicora Dental Care. She currently resides in Butler with her husband, Larry, and their two daughters, Rhyan and Hayden.

Dr. DeFrancisis is a graduate of Kiski Area Senior High School and went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. His dental training was directly commenced at Temple University School of Dentistry where he received his doctorate degree. Upon graduation he completed a general practice residency that specialized in surgical procedures at the Veterans Administration Medical Centers in Pittsburgh. He has been serving the Chicora community since August 1983 with his expertise in the field of dentistry. He resides in Sarver with his wife, Becky. They have three children, Kristi, Michael, and Natalie.
