Ridiculous how they give you a 10 min grace period but come 2 min late and they won't see you then give you a reschedule for another month knowing I got all my wisdom teeth removed and had a painful cavity due to one of them, don't recommend anyone here if you live far

Nice dental office, Doctor F. And his assistant Martha are very good in what they do, both are very respectful, service is excellent, receptionist are very helpful. Specially Norma. And location very convenient.

Horrible service, they don't even know when , whom and what time have an appointment, i call one day before my appointment to confirm and I have to fight about 20 minutes about it before they found it, after I get on my appointment I have news it was earlier, and no body told me about it when I call the day before to confirm, I am in pain, leaving my son with nanny at home, driving there one hour , and doesn't get seen by doctor!and yes if you have not speak spoken English so good you are gonna be rate same as your English level

Everything was excellent. Feiganbaum was very thorough, did excellent work. Explains everything to the fullest. Gives many different options for treatment. His assistant was very sweet and professional. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Definitely worth every cent! Highly recommend.

I'm stuck in my ways and didn't really want to get a new dentist after I moved. But I knew I had to and I randomly chose this place. The staff was great all around from the hygienist to the dentist. They were all super helpful and friendly. The dentist even told me a possible treatment for my sleep apnea believe it or not that I'm going to pursue. Throughout the whole procedure I needed, the dentist was checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. He also informed me about what I needed done and what he was doing as he was working, which I appreciate a lot. I had a couple issues with scheduling where I had to get rescheduled due to hygienist illness but I'm not going to dock any stars because I genuinely don't feel as if that is normal for them. However, they did their best to get me in pretty quickly, like within a couple of weeks, due to my situation. Lastly, they were very punctual with their appointment times. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes from my appointment time during both of my visits. I feel as if this place really cares about their patients and that is why I recommend them.

This place is so overfilled with appointments that they don't finish the procedures you come in for. They mess up insurance and don't call back when you are waiting for their call. Had to go to a different dentist because I couldn't keep waiting.

First know that Dr. Gross is great! The review is for how the office handles calls and requests.Today, I called because I am feeling pain in my face that I think MIGHT have to do with an implant I have and unfortunately, I shared that when I called to make an appointment. Please note, I am NOT a dentist and just thought I would share that info because naturally, I think it's always important for any provider to get as much info as they can when we call. I was immediately DENIED an appointment and told that I would have to go to their FISHKILL office because that's where they now do implants. I asked if I could please be seen by Dr. Gross at the Dolson ave location because he is my dentist. I added that I have discomfort and I am not sure that the implant is the reason, I just thought I'd share but again was DENIED an appt with Dr. Gross. How is that possible? I cannot and should not diagnose myself. I was just doing what I always do when I make any appointment. Shouldn't I be seen anyway and if in fact it IS due to the implant, shouldn't I then be referred to the Fishkill office? At the very least, if I do have an infection, I would think that my regular dental office could prescribe me the medication until I could be seen at the Fishkill office. It is April 11th and I just called them back (and know who I spoke with) now and left a message with that person for Dr. Gross to call me back. I will gladly come back to edit my review and share the outcome when and IF I receive a callback.

I called Dolson dental to schedule a new patient cleaning and exam and they were great! The office was super clean and the chairs were incredibly comfy! From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly. The dental assistant , Martha, did my x-rays and was so very kind and gentle ! Dr Waldman cracked me up the moment he stepped into the room. His exam was painless and informative. I had Gwen clean my teeth and she was AMAZING! Extremely kind, gentle, and very thorough cleaning! Was probably one of the best cleanings I have ever gotten. I don't have insurance so I signed up for the dentrite family plan, which lowered the cost of a cleaning to $30, $30 for FMS, $10 for the exam and $10 for fluoride. The price was fair and affordable. My husband has an appointment in April so I am hoping he has the same pleasant experience that I had. I highly recommend Dolson Dental for a cleaning :)
