After 26 years in practice, my passion for dentistry still remains the thriving force of my life. Being able to build personal relationships with each of my patients is one of the most important and rewarding aspects of my job. My patients always come first and being able to enhance a person's life or relieve them of discomfort gives me the strength to work even harder for their benefit. Other than family, my practice will always bethe main priority in my life. That is the promise and commitment I make to each of you!

I feel privileged to work with such an excellent group of professionals. My wonderful staff is an impressive collection of dedicated individuals who care about each and every one of our patients and strive to help our patients maintain healthy standards of dental health which will, in the long run, benefit their overall health. It is great to work with them every day.

I am thankful for the knowledge and capabilitiesthat I have acquired and theexperience I have gained over the years. My continued educationallows me the opportunity to gain an even greater ability to assist mypatients and bring them the confidence and health that they entrust in me and my team.

It is important that my practice stays on the cutting-edge of all the ever-evolving trends, treatments, and techniques within the dental field, and for this reason, continuing education isnt an option its a necessity. Each year I attend many courses, seminars, and study groups that cover many unique areas of study, and our whole team is required to attend continuing education courses to ensure that each person in my practice is highly-skilled, proficient, professional, and at the top of the game. We do all of this for the benefit of our patients because we want nothing but the best for each of them.

I grew up in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to New York where I lived for 23 years before settling in Aventura, FL. My wifes name is Cristina and we have been happily married for 36 years. We have three wonderful children named Angelica, Andres, and Jimmy, and five beautiful grandkids: Sebastian, Valentina, Christian, Isabella, and Natalia. Our Maltese, Lucas, keeps us company at home as well.

When I am not in the office you will usually find me with my family. I am lucky to have all my grandchildren living locally because I get to spend quality time with them and watch them grow. I am passionate about and love music, enjoy the Arts, history, reading, cooking, and traveling to learn about different cultures.

I love what I do and strive everyday to improve as a person and professional. Hereat Dolphin Dental Care I work along side Dr. Parra and Dr. Vasquez with patient care and treatment presentations. I like my patients to feel at home in the office, so I try to make them feel comfortable by getting to know them on a personal level. It is my goal to show them how much I truly care about them, and how much I want to help them improve their oral and overall health.

It is my job to make sure the office runs smoothly. I am responsible for day-to-day operations in the office including front desk duties and assisting in staff and doctor relations. You can always find me at the front desk, and at timeschairside doing what needs to be done to make sure the office runs smoothly. Our office is very exciting and fun, and there is never a dull moment. We have great communication here and are truly like a family. I amvery proud to be a part of this wonderful practice.

My husband, Ivan, and I have three children, Angelica, Jimmy, and Andres, as well as five grandkids. My favorite things to do are traveling and spending time with my grandkids; I am lucky they all live close by.

My responsibility is keeping Dolphin Dental Cares operations running smoothly. I graduated with my Bachelors degree from St. Johns University and continued on to Nova South Eastern University for my MBA and Cornell University for my Master's Certificate in Marketing and Leadership. My background in business development and marketing helps me oversee everything from financial and performance to human resources and marketing. I have created the companys development systems, implemented marketing plans, and standardized dental operations to increase efficiency and elevate the level of care we offer.I amvery proud to be a part of this wonderful team. We are a group of friendly and caring individuals who love working with our patients, building lifelong friendships, and helping others live a healthy life filled with beautiful smiles.
