Dr. Dolinar received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980. Dr. Dolinar completed a General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center in 1981, after which he opened his practice in 1981 at 108 Buffalo Street in Hamburg, NY, across the street from the current location at 121 Buffalo Street.
Dr. Dragonette received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2018. He continued his training at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Hospital in their Advanced Education of General Dentistry Program.
