Pros: 1. Nice front desk staff 2. Easy to book an appointment Cons: 1. Poor time management, end up sitting there and wait for 30-45 minute 2. The Dr is impatient. He recommended some pricier procedure. I understand it probably has more benefits than the regular one. But if you are trying to convince people to purchase your expensive procedure, probably work a little bit harder and take some time to educate the patient :)

Dr. Song is literally the reason that I've stopped refraining from smiling or avoiding pictures because of my gap. He had been incredibly calm, kind, and personable since my first appointment and has only ever given thoughtful recommendations based off of my budget! Each time I visit I am impressed with the positive attention. Especially recently how comfortable Arianna made me feel about the additional treatment I needed. I probably wouldn't have moved forward right away with the suggested treatment if she didn't talk me through it the details.
