Amazing dental office! Everyone is super friendly and polite. I had to take my toddler with me since his babysitter canceled last minute, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The dental assistant was absolutely amazing and helped to keep him happy while I would fill paperwork. She also stayed with him for the few seconds I had to take the X-ray. The doctor was also extremely polite and explained everything in detail, and answered my questions in no rush. I highly recommend this clinic!

I made my first appointment to see an orthodontist online about two months ago. They called me a week before my appointment saying I need a cleaning done before the appointment, because the orthodontist won't see me unless I can get that done first. I asked why they waited a week before my appointment to tell me when I scheduled way earlier. I spoke to the manager Heidi, that's what the receptionist told me her name was. Heidi said sometimes they miss appointments made online. So I ended up scheduling an appointment for August 2nd here at 1pm to be seen by the dentist. They called me this morning August 1st with more issues ...like they don't accept my dental discount plan in which a lady named Nikki from their office spoke to me and a person from my dental plan on a threeway call to confirm coverage, they have to run it under the Aetna fee schedule but Heidi still won't accept it.. and said she will charge me over $400 for teeth cleaning. There was a lady that called today (August 1st) to confirm my appointment and talk about dental coverage again, she ended up hanging up on me when I asked what her name was because I told her I wanted to keep my appointment she seemed to make a big deal about the cancellation of appointments which I had no thought about canceling. Such a weird encounter. So I called back and spoke to the manager Heidi and she covered up for her employee, saying she was sitting there the whole time. So I know she witnessed her hanging up on me but proceeded to cover up for her. What makes all of this that much more confusing is when Heidi apologized in our initial conversation last week when we spoke and said that they are trying to get rid of people scheduling appointments online, because somehow they don't see them all. So I still don't know what I did wrong. This was such a bad experience. Heidi accused me of mistrust and said I'll be disruptive if they kept my appointment tomorrow, so she canceled my appointment. She said she didn't want any disruption in her office. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I didn't do anything but ask why they waited so long to contact me which wasn't a bad thing. Because it can be difficult getting a cleaning done in such a short notice. I'm a veteran and I can't believe that a dental office on this military base would treat a veteran this way for no reason. They shouldn't treat anyone this way.
