Everyone there was kind. Alisha took the time to get what I needed done and answer all my questions. The dentist, Jessica Firnhaber, was nice and explained any concerns with my teeth. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with your office.

I can't be any more pleased. For the past few years, I absolutely never wanted to smile. One look at my front teeth said why. From start to finish, my three visits were completely professional, full of easy to comprehend explanations, and without pressure. Y'all, I'M SMILING AGAIN. When they answer the phone and say, "how can we brighten your smile?" they mean it literally and figuratively. My new job will have me about four hours away, in Fayetteville, but I'm gladly going to keep them as my dentistry professionals. Dr. Longo and team rocks!

The team members at Riccobene are not only skilled and efficient, they are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I never WANT to go to the dentist but I am grateful that these folks are available!

If I could do more stars, I would. Had my very first experience with this place yesterday and I swear I've NEVER had a medical experience like this. To start, I was a patient at a different office. I had a plan written out to eventually get Invisalign, but there we're steps that included having my wisdom teeth removed. I had three, but one was infected and in a lot of pain. My quote for all three teeth was approximately $550. My dentist wouldn't remove the tooth themselves and I'm out of work so I couldn't afford that, not even half of that right now. Fast forward, we give this place a call. Immediately, the customer service was outstanding, on every call. Initially, we were speaking with Marcella who was so kind, welcoming, and willing to help. Then we spoke to Katelyn (probably butchering the spelling by the way), who was able to give me a QUOTE of how much it might be for the extraction over the phone. No one is ever able to do that. I was quoted $60. SIXTY DOLLARSS. With united concordia. We didn't believe it lol. So we get there. The "papers" you normally have to fill out, was ONE paper. Wait was maybe 15 minutes (we were there 15 minutes early). I was super nervous because my last dentist spoke on this tooth as if I might die getting it taken out lmao. Almost immediately, after speaking with Alisha, that was relieved. She's everything you want in customer service. Sweet, bubbly, FUNNY. She even had me pick my own station on Pandora. Also, the atmosphere is amazing. Dr. Firnhaber was outstanding. She came in, reassuring me that it was going to be fine. Needle for numbing was super quick. I didn't feel ANYTHING while she was pulling and she got the infected tooth out in one piece. Super quick and painless (can't say the same for the extraction I had a couple months ago at a nameless place ). ALSO, my quote went down to $30 at the end and I wanted to literally cry when she told me that. You cannot beat that with a stick! To sum it up, the people, place and procedure had me switching dental offices by the end. Highly recommend! Don't go anywhere else!!

New Bern is lucky to have such a great dental facility. Having just moved here and finding Riccobene Assoc. has been great. Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and polite and they know what they are doing. And the best part: THEY DO IT WELL. Thank you.

Awesome staff and atmosphere. Dr. Longo and Alisha took their time to place my crown and it fits perfectly! They provided me the best quality of service that I could've ask for. I love, love, love Alisha. Her personality is so welcoming and amazing I'd like to highly recommend Riccobene Associates Density to my family and friends!

As someone who has avoided the dentist's chair for 10+ years due to rear and bad past experiences, I am beyond amazed and impressed by this office and it's staff. From the front desk to the "chair" I have found nothing but pleasant experiences. They are upfront, honest and extremely caring with their patients. They have helped me work through my anxieties regarding dentistry and empowered me to keep on keeping on in hope of building a smile I can be proud of. I switched to Riccobene Associates and couldn't be happier! They are very professional and are very educated in what they do. They make me feel at home and comfortable every visit and make sure I leave satisfied. I would recommend Riccobene Associates to anyone who needs dental work. One of the best dental Office here in the New Bern Area!

Absolutely the best I've ever experienced in dental care, from my first contact to the completion of a much needed service I had put off far too long. It took a few visits to get everything caught up from deep cleaning to the repair of a broken tooth (crown) and one filling, so my review isn't based on a single visit. Every contact, by phone, text or in person has been the best possible in terms of kindness and professionalism. I don't rave over any service unless it stands out as exemplary. Dr. Longo and his entire staff met that criteria for me.

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! They are very thorough and caring. Cassidy up front and Bri who did my intake and cleaning are so sweet!! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!

If you need a dentist Dr Longo is a great dentist. His staff are awesome and treat you likr family. I strongly recommend him to be your dentist. I went there with tooth pain and he found i needed a root canal due to a bad cavity, he was able to fit me into their schedule and get the treatment done before i flew out to Vegas. Thank you again Dr Longo!!!!!
