My son is on the spectrum and his anxiety with visiting the dentist is through the roof. And I totally get it, because I have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past. However, the entire Doc Dental Smiles staff was friendly, went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and cared for. They were so patient and gentle. He had quite a few cavities, but they didn't shame or fuss at him, like some dental offices do. They just showed him the problem, and then offered a complete plan of action to solve the problem. This dental office is the best!!!!

I really enjoyed this visit. The staff were friendly and professional but made you feel comfortable. The doctor was thorough and had knowledge of my face condition and provided me with dental care advice that no one else has provided. I would highly recommend this office!!!

My 4 year old son was always afraid of going to the dentist hence why we stopped going to his previous pediatric dentist. We decided to bring him to Dr. Dental Smiles because my older kids go to him. All I can say is that he enjoyed going to Dr DentalSmiles especially Dr. Lee because she was so friendly and fun with him. Highly recommended

Being a 20 year army disabled veteran I have extreme anxiety PTSD paranoia guilt and remorse.... The dentist chair takes me back to when I was Cas-evaced strapped to a stretcher in a Humvee driver hit every pothole and bump in the road and I would go flying in the back... The first visit I had with these great people I couldn't make it through a simple cleaning and I had to reschedule and have my wife present the staff reassured me and I was able to get a portion of the treatment done but not all of it because it's just too much for me.. Dr. Tran and his staff really help me overcome a portion of my fear, Miss Felicia reassured me a lot on this visit she is definitely a very understanding individual. The office is super clean the music is good and the vibe is good...

Update: September 2022 During my latest visit, I was very pleased with Dr. Tran, as always. He is very approachable and is genuinely concerned with his patient's wellbeing. I also want to mention that his staff is just as helpful. This is a short update, but I would like to let the readers know that they won't be disappointed if they go to Dr. Tran's office. He is the best in town! Update: July 2020 I like the new location of the dental office. Edith has been my hygienist for years and she is very professional and gentle with both myself and my wife. All of the staff are professional and friendly. As always, Doctor Tran is the best. Original post: 2018 DocDental Smiles in Sun City is my choice for great quality dentistry. I've given a positive review on Dr. Tran in the past because he is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field of dentistry. As I promised in the first review, I will follow him wherever he practices. The care I received from Dr. Tran was exceptional, so much so that I followed him to his practice at DocDental Smiles in Sun City. I reside in Moreno Valley, but do not mind the commute because of the high quality and personable care that I receive from Dr. Tran. He is not like most dentists. He takes the time to talk to his patients, and is not in a hurry to leave the room. I am sure many of you reading this review have a concern about how dentist offices conducts billing with your insurance. DocDental Smiles are transparent with billing and insurance so that it makes sense. With my previous dental office, billing estimations was quite different as far as how they charged the insurance and copayments. Here at DocDental Smiles they are very reasonable and they give you an honest billing treatment plan. The staff here are very professional and friendly and offered a tour of the dental facility. My wife and I are very impressed with the service at DocDental Smiles and will recommend family, friends, and others to consider Dr. Tran's services. I'm writing this review in hopes that I can help someone who is looking for a good and honest dentist. Thank you for reading this review.

First appointment went great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dentist and assistant took the time to go over my exam and explain my treatment options. Very thorough on what they were looking at and why the treatments would help. Overall I would highly recommend Doc Dental Smiles

Dr. Tran went the extra mile as usual. Spent extra time on a Friday afternoon because I was headed out of town for the next two weeks. He put in the extra time to get me ready to go. Very greatful to him and the whole staff for staying late on Friday. This is standard procedure for these folks. I feel like part of the family. God bless you all! Great job as usual.

I have been going to Dr Tran since 2018 when I first moved to Menifee. I'm quite comfortable to continue seeing Dr. Tran for my dental needs.
