Not only is this place extremely dirty ( walls, floor, chairs) they told me I cldnt go back with my 8yr old while he was seen. To make matters worse when he came back with Zero cavities and I told the manager my concerns about not being with my child she tried to make me look like I was crazy telling me they do have private rooms I just need to request one. Horrible place.

I've been taking my kids to Doc Bresler's for 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is professional and courteous, and they are great with my kids.

My son had a great experience at his favorite dentist office. He has 2 small cavities and they filled them today. The comforted him and treat him with dignity and respect!! Absolutely the best dental office in the city of Philadelphia for our young people!

My son needed to be examined to ensure his teeth were ready for braces. Even though he's a good star patient, Doc Bresler's practices promoted him to a platinum status, and he was squeezed in under 2 days. All the branches are friendly & clean too!

First and foremost, I'm a stickler about customer service/professionalism, here at the Roxborough office they encompass that hands down!!! I've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone single one that I encountered! From the young woman who greets you at the door and hands you the clip board to the pleasant woman at the registration window! Not to mention they were attentive to our needs and did an excellent cleaning on my Grandson's teeth! When we went to Elite Dental, his services was rushed, we spent longer waiting then they spent on cleaning his teeth and they still looked yellowish!!! Don't hesitate to take your child here, they're GREAT!!! :-)

I think that it doesn't make sense that if you miss an appointment 3 times in 3 years you can't come back . Everything can happen in life in 3 years or 3 times in a year.

Currently still come to Doc Brestlers . So much has changed as far as the staff and policy's . Has nothing to do with COVID . Nothing is consistent and the girls are immature and have obnoxious attitudes . Been bringing my kids here for almost 11 years . I'm afraid to ask if I can wait in the office because I can't wait in my car . I have no air conditioning . I don't want nobody to exaggerate and say I'm being difficult or rude so I'm in my car hot smh with my 1 year old . But there are people in the office waiting . Carmen was the best but is no longer here . SMH Searching for somewhere new .

Worst experience at a physicians office since Covid lack of access and the fact to that they still make you wear mask over the mouth you need work done too, makes no sense! Not to mention the masks that are worn are for droplet precautions no airborne illness or virus

Over the last 2-3 years this place has went to the pits! The communication is HORRIBLE! They aren't organized AT ALL and they fail to assume any accountability to rectify the issues. My 12 year old son was there for a routine check up and they placed a retainer and never made me aware as a parent or the fact that they had removed a tooth . My 6 year old was scheduled for an oral surgery, I was given a date but never a time . I called 9am on the date to see what was going on and they said oh someone should have called you his appointment was at 6:45am. It's not our fault it's CHOP fault , we can reschedule you and have you wait another 2months to get the procedure done . DO YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN A FAVOR AND DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS OFFICE!!!
