I just starting taking my young children here. All of the staff are friendly and I especially love Dr. Danielle! She is beyond patient with my children and takes her time with my child who has special needs. I'm so glad we switched!

This is such a fun, kid friendly place. Everyone has excellent care and service from the receipt the doctor. I Highly recommended them! This place is always so clean and neat. Our family couldn't be any happier especially to have found Dr. Danielle Lockwood!! She took her time explaining everything to us and made my kids actually start to love coming to the dentist. Thank you Doylestown for everything you do :)

We had my two sons first ever dental visit...one is three and the other one. It was such a wonderful experience. It felt a little hectic with two kids this age and having to fill out paper work but the entire staff worked to help keep the kids happy and entertained. Everyone from the front desk to dr. Rachael were so nice and AMAZINg with the kids. The hygienist I believe her name was Eileen but not positive even let my son climb on her lap. Will be using them for sure

Dr. Lockwood was amazing with my four boys! She had amazing bedside manner and made the visit fun for them. She explained everything she was doing thoroughly and talked to me about preventive care for them-also stating the future for care and what to expect. I would highly recommend her as your pediatric dentist and would look no further for the best because she is it!

Dr Croll and the entire staff are beyond friendly, welcoming, understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have the best bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. My 2 year old was crying and they took the time to make her laugh and gave her extra toys. This is my daughters dentist until she ages out. The entire staff clearly love children and their profession. Thank you!

First visit, friendly front desk staff except a dental hygienist was according to my daughter a little rough and was mumbling to her that she needs to do a better job with her teeth. My daughter didn't have any cavities and missed her last 6month cleaning because of her school schedule. I will be requesting a different hygienist for her next visit. If that's not possible I will look elsewhere. No child should leave your office crying.

My almost 15 year old daughter had her first appt with them this morning. We switched from another place. My daughter went back alone so I didn't get to meet the dentist but my daughters opinion matters most since she's the one being seen and she loved him. He was funny and kind and gave her some money at the end I'm sure I could have met him if I asked. She told me the hygienist was nice and gentle. She also told me that there was another younger child crying and he tried to console her before coming to see her. My daughter loved that he would take time out to do that for the child even if she had to wait a few extra minutes. I mention this because some reviews are complaining about wait times. But maybe just realize that you don't see everything behind the scenes. A dentist that is kind and thoughtful is worth the wait. I also don't want a dentist rushing through our appt or anyone else's. We were there for less than an hour from start to finish, and that includes the time that the hygienist spoke to me after and showed me X-rays. Overall very happy with our experience this morning.

Took 1.5 hours for the whole visit for my 15 month old daughter. She has 6 teeth and it took a total of 15 minutes between the hygienist and dentist. The rest of the time was spent in the waiting room and in the chair waiting over 45 minutes between the hygienist and seeing the dentist. Completely chaotic in the office, unjustifiable wait time, dirty waiting area (old masks and personal toys on the floor). Moving to a new children's dentist after this experience.

I had a great experience with my daughter's first visit ever to the dentist.Isabella will Def. be back. Dr. Croll was amazing. We did spend 1.5 hours there but he was worth the wait. He was gentle, sang twinkle twinkle song, read a book and my daughter came home $1 richer than when she came. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Great dental care for my kids. Only thing I would say is one of the dental assistants is not necessary the most kid friendly. She made it a point to tell my four year old that she needs to learn how to sit still and that she wasn't "acting correctly " It was her first time getting real work done. She did not put her at ease at all. Had several encounters with her since and she comes off very rough. Everyone else is amazing

I have been taking my children to Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters for the past 13 years, but after today's visit, I will not be returning. The way my 9 year old was treated during a dental procedure was unacceptable. The assistant to Dr Ted was rude and not comforting to a child who is anxious at the dentist. We had no issues when we attended the Dresher office to have cavities filled with Dr Jason, but today, instead of calmly explaining why she was there, the assistant sarcastically laughed when my child said she had a soft spot on her tooth. She even made a remark to one of the other women working to the effect of "have you ever heard of a soft spot on a tooth"? When the procedure was finished, the door opened and my daughter came out to hug me and couldn't stop crying. The woman just stood there, not saying a word to me, but stared at me comforting her. I had to ask her if she was finished. She looked annoyed, frustrated and said "terminology matters" when discussing my daughters anxiety. This woman should not be working in a pediatric office. She is not compassionate or comforting. She made a child who was already anxious about being there more anxious and scared. Dr Ted did not say one word to me when the procedure was over despite him being right next to me in the hallway with my child. I hope this review serves as a learning experience for future patients. I only regret not speaking up sooner when I saw the frustration on that woman's face.
