Dr. Oscar Mvula found his passion for pediatric dentistry by participating in clinical rotations focused on children and patients with special needs. Dr. Oscar earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2007 and received his Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2011. Dr. Oscar is a board certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Oscar is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and now calls Charlotte home.
Dr. Charles Cooke is a pediatric dentist who proudly offers gentle dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs. Dr. Cooke received his Bachelor of Arts in music from Duke University and his Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Dr. Cookes devotion to caring for his community and those in need led him to participate in service and teaching opportunities both nationally and abroad, serving in global dental missions, traveling to Florianopolis, Brazil and Lilongwe, Malawi. Dr. Cooke is an avid Duke Basketball fan! He enjoys spending time with his wife and children!

The front desk and staff are really kind with the kids at this office. They were helpful in making sense of my dental coverage and care options. I appreciated the dentist's candor and knowledge so I could make informed decisions about my children's dental care.

Coming back for my kids second appointment and they actually were excited the entire ride! The staff is so friendly and the place is child proof/friendly. And for the parents like me that prefer appointments first thing in the morning so not to miss too much work, they definitely will accommodate you!!! Really thankful I found them. Update 11/4/22: Still a breeze with each appointment!! Staff is so pleasant and beautiful clean office. I also want to Welcome Dr.Boone! We appreciate you seeing us today. The kids loved you! Can't wait to bring 1yr old as I am sure you will make his first visit extra special and easy! Thanks!

Dr.Boone and Haven was AMAZING! I'm so glad I found this place. All the staff are wonderful and great! My child has social problems but they definitely make him feel comfortable and now he loves going to the dentist! I highly recommend this place!

Ny'isha was wonderful with Mason she was kind patient and friendly. Had mason under control with her voice and made believe scenarios that slept him calm. Great experience just booked our third visit 6months from now.

This is the best Dentist's office I've ever taken my kids to. They were prompt and on time when I brought my kids in, they asked if I had any questions before my kids cleaning, and explained their findings with me in language I understood. They made follow up appointments for me right in the exam room. Aislinn, the dental assistant was excellent with my kids explaining what she was going to do before she did it and made them feel at ease. I'd definitely recommend Doby's Bridge Pediatric Dentistry to anyone looking for children's dental services. They will be the dentist of choice for my Children.
