I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jong and his entire staff. I used to dread the Dentist but Dr. Jong will make you feel comfortable, calm and explain every step as he goes. If you have been putting off any dental issues, see Dr. Jong right away.

I'd like to post a negative review if possible. Had THE WORST dental experience ever with a poorly fitted crown, and cement filled cavity. Be warned!

I have the pleasure and honor to be Dr. Kevin Jong's patient since 2011. He is the most outstanding human being and as a Doctor, he is truly the Best. Always staying up to date and beyond with new treatments and technologies. The Staff at Dobbs Ferry Dental is just excellent, caring and professional. Dr. Jong is excellent with all the Invisalign treatments. My teeth are straight and look fantastic!

They dont pick up the phone .... takes weeks to get ahold of them. Do not return their phone messages either. Have inaccurate hours on google and on their website. Every time I make an appointment they cancel it with very short notice (usually the day before) because the doctor or any available technicians are on vacation, sick, or "out of the office". Almost impossible to make appointments and they do not go out of their way to make new appointments. Have given them thousands of dollars over the past 4+ years and get horrible, overpriced customer service. Doctor is good though - but very difficult to actually come in for a visit. Sarcastic and rude remarks over the phone. Very clean and renovated office space if youre lucky enough for them not to constantly cancel your appointments. Have been trying to make appointments for the past 6 months and have been treated like garbage do not recommend.

This office is the best of the best! I have been coming here for 10 years and I have a great experience every time and I am always pleased when I leave. Both Dr. Jong and Dr. Serah are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Rosie is also the sweetest person ever who is an excellent hygienist and I look forward to seeing her every time I come in! She makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. This place makes going to the dentist a pleasureable experience. The entire staff is great and I would not go anywhere else for my dental work.

This is a wonderful practice. Beautiful, peaceful office, punctual operation that is very easy to communicate with and get appointments. (Seems extremely state of the art even as far as dentists go!) The 2 dentists on staff are excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient workers. They actually make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!!

I have been a patient of Dobbs Ferry Dental for more than 10 years and have consistently been pleased with the care and service I've been provided. All members of the team provide for a very pleasant experience every time I visit the office. Both Dr. Jong and Dr. Serah are great at what they do. I've seen Dr. Serah a few times during the past year and he quickly earned my confidence. Dr. Zuckerberg would be pleased to know that both Dr. Jong and Dr. Serah are continuing to honor his promise of painless dentistry and quality service!

My spouse and I have been coming to the practice since we relocated to NY in 2010. We have had wonderful experiences with all dentists, hygienists and support staff members. The practice now feels modern, innovative and every procedure I have required has been painless. I highly recommend the practice for your dentistry needs!

Dr Serah and the staff were great - super friendly, very accommodating. The dental work has gone flawlessly and they keep me appraised of follow up appointments and anticipated work. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as could be expected
