Hands down the worst dental experiences of my life. They ruined my teeth, undid successful orthodontics by tricking me into unnecessary invisaligns, only to follow it up by insisting I start again. Years after, my teeth are not the same. Still visibly scarred by their sloppy work. Never risk your longterm happiness with your smile on this dentist.

we just called at 1:44 today and the receptionist that helped us was super rude. she had a tone and she was snappy and we won't be going there. 1 star.

I have never been treated this badly by medical professionals. Run from this place. The doctor that came in didn't introduce himself and just asked what the problem is. I explained it pretty simply expecting him to have specific questions. Instead he said ok, went straight into my mouth, checked all my teeth and then walked out without a word to me. The assistant did X-rays and then left (also without saying anything). Then a receptionist came in to tell me that I needed a root canal and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I had been in tons of pain for days and knew I couldn't afford it so I got very overwhelmed and started crying. I told her I couldn't afford it and she began asking a ton of questions and when I couldn't answer immediately (because I was very upset) she got annoyed with me. She continued to be rude and condescending while talking to me about financing options to the point where I just had to leave. I told her I needed to leave and got up and started walking out. She followed me and asked if I wanted the information she told me about and I told her I'd call later if I wanted it. I found another dentist and needed the X-rays sent over to them so I called to have that happen and the same receptionist told me I needed to come in to approve it (which is fine) but right after telling me that she hung up on me. I can't believe I got treated this way. I think it's reasonable to be upset that you can't afford the procedure that will end pain so bad you can barely eat. And to feel that way then have someone be so rude is just mind blowing. Not one staff member was kind to me through the whole visit. Such a stark contrast to the clinic I went to after this. If you need a kind, sympathetic, non-judgemental dental team go to Lynnwood Dental Excellence!

Front office staff is incompetent. They have one lady that knows what shes doing and whenever shes off they bring in a lady assistant that doesn't know how to send emails, do xrays, etc. She help do my xrays and did not put the chest shield on me!(I was unknowingly 4 weeks pregnant at the time) The first visit had a lady doctor who was kind. My husband had the Male doctor who told him that very visit that he needed a root canal(that he couldn't even finish and didnt tell us before needed a specialist to finish), and remove a wisdom tooth that previous dentists said wasnt causing any issues. The soonest endontist appointment we could find was 2 weeks out. He also said it's fine to have an open root canal tooth and it's now infected. My husband asked how much these procedures would cost and the useless temp assistant "couldnt tell us" or find out the cost. The doctor proceeded anyways. The communication from everyone was non existent. My husband ended up having a pulled tooth and an incomplete root canal. He asked about after care and he told him theres nothing to do and he can eat in 30 minutes. For me on the second visit I was recommended by the lady doctor Sophia to get some fillings but the male doctor was the one doing this. He came over proceeded to stick the numbing needle in my mouth without saying anything of what he's doing. It hurt SO BAD I was shaking and it wasnt even on the problem tooth that me and the previous female doctor had planned on doing the fillings. The only kind person on my second visit was the actual dental assistant who clearly saw me completely shaking after getting the aggressive local numbing needle in my mouth. My throat was so sore for days after and ended up being sick. My husband called later after we left to ask how much we still had to pay and the temp assistant answered and refused to send us an invoice, and wouldnt cancel our preschedueled follow up appointment until we paid. We paid nothing and told her to cancel. Still needing a referral for a specialist that has to finish husbands root canal that they didnt disclose before beginning the procedure just looking for every dollar. Called after a month later needing them to email referral to the specialist the girl who answered the phone clearly hated her job. We asked can you write this email to forward the info for our appointment in a week. She said "I guess." And sent a literal picture of the xrays and the referral form directly to my husband text instead of the specialist email as a file. I guess no one can do their job or communicate at this place. The original front office lady was the only one who knew how to do anything. Please do yourselves a favor dont go here. I wish I wouldve read the reviews and dental board flags for this office before.

What a weird experience...first time coming here for a dental cleaning. Everything was fine until the dentist came. They took x-rays and he started counting my teeth and then said "ok all done" and I was confused but maybe they were moving me to a different area? So I checked with the assistant and she said no that was it and i told her I scheduled for a cleaning so she brought me upfront to the receptionist and I explained as nicely as I could that there must have been some confusion but that I scheduled for a dental cleaning and she told me usually they do but that the dentist thought I should be cleaned by a periodontist(none of that was told to me by the dentist he literally just said "all done" and that was it) I explained to the receptionist that I would rather just get my teeth cleaned because thats the reason I came and that i apologize for the confusion and she kind of had an attitude but reluctantly asked the assistant if she could check to see if the dentist could give me a cleaning. He said yes and someone else came and brushed my teeth for like 3 minutes and then he came and picked at my teeth for maybe 5 and that was it. My teeth still aren't clean and I still see stuff in between them...very weird experience overall. Won't be back.

I have TERRIBLE teeth. Since I've had such terrible dental experiences in the past I've put off going for 6 years! Dr. Myaskovsky could sense my anxiety and assured me I would be okay and well taken care of, and he assured me everything could be fixed, he was very loving, and gentle. I had a root canal done on my very first visit, which was extremely overwhelming but absolutely necessary. He made sure I was completely numb, if I felt anything he would notice me twitch and immediately stopped to administer more lidocaine. It also seemed like one of the dental assistant was training during my procedure, which I was all for, after all how else will they learn. He was very kind to her explaining as he went which in turn clued me in on what was going on, and how my teeth differed from that of different patients. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I'll be returningfor years to come.

My changing dentists to "DMG Dental Design" with Dr. David Myaskovsky has been a rewarding decision! His facility is computerized with the latest dental equipment, imaging, and technical uses I have ever seen. DMG is setup to do every procedure - no referrals to outside dental surgeons, etc. - and his expertise, lengthy years of experience and skill are more than evident. I've had several crowns, one dental implant, fillings and cleanings done and am thoroughly happy with the each entire process and finished outcome. I am never pressured to have additional work done, but rather am able to see onscreen what could eventually be necessary. I'm very happy with the communication with his staff who are all friendly, personable and open to my questions. Explanations, billings, followup and scheduling are relaxed and understandable. The office itself is so beautiful, warm and modern I was very impressed! Never thought I'd say I don't dread going to the dentist and I highly recommend DMG Dental Design!

I went in to see Mr. Myaskovsky to get my wisdom teeth pulled, which I was very nervous about! When he came in to the room he pat my arm and told me I was going to be alright! Sure enough after I was numbed he wasted no time pulling them as quickly and comfortably as possible! He pulled two in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend him and his assistants. They are all very considerate and want you to be as comfortable as possible and make the processs as speedy and efficent as can be done! I will be going back in the future for all my dental needs.

Significant pain in teeth lasting weeks after treatment and the dentist refuses to give explanation for the work he is going to do. Would not recommend.

I had a good experience here. Will be going back for follow ups. Love the decor of their office space. The assistant that cleaned my teeth was very professional and thorough. The Dr. was upfront with costs and listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that I was correct in my assumptions. And then gave me an affordable plan of action to move forward with.

Great place. But beware of Shangrila next door. And nearby parking lots. Lots of weed smoking folks. Broken syringes all around. Take care especially with kids.
