I really should have read the reviews before coming here My 1st visit at this new dental office was a couple weeks ago, Needless to say the experience of walking in was mild pleasant the receptionist was fine but the dental hygienist was a tad bit on the rude side. Prior to this dentist office my former dentist had been seeing me for about 3yrs but due to health issues my insurance switched so therefore i had to switch dental offices my exam was horrible I expressed to the hygienist my discomforts she didn't seem to care (COMFORT IS NOT THEIR CONCERN) and continued to dig in my gums with out any numbing agent and proceeded to tell me the dentist would not see me unless she finished digging around inside my mouth I really don't have much to say about the Dr. being we only spoke for a few minutes Im actually scheduled to go in today but they were made aware of my health issues (kidney disease) and did not bother to call over a prescription for an antibiotic before the procedure I was supposed to have today which makes me believe even more that they don't know what hell they're doing over there needless to say after reading these reviews and the horrible experience i had there I will not be returning. And I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...

I just want to take a minute & rave about this office . Dima is an amazing dentist. I had implants placed she was awesome I have no pain or swelling! The whole staff is wonderful! They calm your fears , honest , caring always willing to help & amswer questions. The follow up is awesome also. They have you come in just to check on things ! Which makes me feel good as a patient. They truly care about you not only as a patient, but as a person! I am so GRATEFUL I found them !

Dr. Khalife and her staff have taken very good care of me. They work with your insurance company to come up with a treatment plan, and they are professional and experienced.

Undoubtedly the best dentures i've ever had. Amazing experience with the Denturists. They are absolutely beautiful and a great price. Very detailed and look so real. I would definitely come back here in the future.

I came here for a dental cleaning. The dental hygienist was very sweet. The dentist on the other hand, not so much. She looked at my teeth super quick and claimed I had a few cavities. I haven't had a single cavity in over 10 years so I decided to go get a second opinion. I had this office send over my x-rays and treatment plan. I went to a different office today and the dentist actually had a conversation about me with any concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. He examined my teeth very well and looked at the X-rays and told me that I had no cavities. He told me I had a little bit of staining but there was no soft tissue under that meaning it wasn't a cavity. If they claim you have multiple cavities I would get a second opinion, usually just a consultation at a dentist is free.

I had my first visit with the Sterling Heights office and was very disappointed with the staff whom was very unprofessional and rude to me. After further scheduling my next visit for fillings, I received a call stating that the doctor wouldn't be in that specific day and we'd have to reschedule for 1-17-22 at 12pm. The woman on the phone again was very rude and short with me. I was trying to ask her questions and she would not answer anything for me and told me to find out when I came in. Now today, I went to my appt. and the lady at the front said I had missed my appt. that it was at 10 am. I was sure that my appt was 12pm and asked if that was the case why did no one call me? AGAIN she was very rude, would not get me in to be seen and would not reschedule, she told me to "call back everyday to see if there's a opening". I am appalled at the way I was treated after I was willing to even pay out of pocket for the deep cleaning service provided which I really needed on my teeth. I have told all of my family and friends about this place and even told a hand full of my own clients to potentially come get there deep cleaning here. They really dropped the ball on this revenue.

I absolutely love this place. The people are friendly and professional. Dr. Khalife did all of my extractions in the same day, which was great. Omar the technician created the most natural looking dentures ever. He even included the slight gap in the front that I requested which reflects a family trait. I recommend DK Dental and Dentures. Best dentist I've ever visited. If you've got bad teeth they'll change your life. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the woman who was on the desk yesterday. I've never seen her before. And I thought she was rude and unecessarily short with me. Addendum: Sometimes people have bad days. Sometimes a customer can arrive at a particularly hectic time of the day. And get a negative response from the staff that is actually just a human response to the pressure of the moment. In any case the young lady whom I mentioned in in the first part of this review apologized for her approach today. Apology gratefully accepted. Five Stars!!

The dentist that took out my tooth was the worst! This was the worst experience of my life. Took out my wisdom and I was in the worst pain for 3 months. I will never be going back here. I will be visiting another dental office that is more clean then this one.

Dr. Khalife is efficient and knows her stuff! The staff is helpful with insurance questions and books you in when you need!

I just left their office 02/05/2020 made an appointment, skipped work in order to come in and they stated that they couldn't take me because I didn't have my dental card yet. I have never been somewhere where you HAVE TO HAVE your card. Normally until I get my card, as sometimes cards take awhile to receive, my EOB will suffice. It's kind of a hassle if you don't have your insurance card with you so I wouldn't recommend this place. Also it smelled VERY musty and of cigarette smoke and only had seating for like 4 people. Only reason they received 2 stars was because the lady in the front was decent but whoever the short haired lady is was very short with me and a bit rude. Also I just called 2 other places that didn't need my insurance card right then and there because they had my information by pulling it up and just asked that I bring my card in when I get it in the mail.

Absolutely fantastic staff that provided unmatched service, kindness, and care to me even when I have had two "emergencies" that forced me to make last minute appointments. Dr. Khalife is a top tier Dentist that I would recommend to anyone. I felt I was in good hands and never had to question the work they performed to relieve me of pain and discomfort. It would be best if other Dentists took a line from Dr. Khalife's playbook on patient care, compassion, and a forthright service model. The supporting staff were friendly and did an amazing job. 5 stars.

I've had a few teeth pulled here. I hate going to the dentist and i told them i was scared. The Dentist and staff were very kind to me. As she was pulling my tooth and i had tears rolling down my cheeks everyone assured me i was fine, doing great, and it was almost over(i couldn't feel pain i was just scared). One time I didn't have insurance and she gave me a discount. No other dentist has ever done that for me. I recommend this place to everyone i hear who is looking for a dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Dima. She does great work and always seems concerned about her patients. The ladies that work in the front have always been kind and considerate to me.
