Dr. Neal Patel attended The University of the Pacific accelerated undergraduate and dental program directly out of high school. This prestigious program is considered one of the top dental programs in the U.S.
Following dental school, Dr. Patel began working in private practice in Northern California. He was the full-time managing dentist at a local practice, after which he came back to Connecticut to join his father. To better serve his patients, Dr. Patel has also completed the renowned Columbia Implantology Curriculum.
Dr. Patel has had a lifelong passion for the field of dentistry. His primary clinical goal is to provide gentle, comprehensive dental care to every patient in our community. Dr. Patel grew up in Danbury, Connecticut and enjoys spending time with his family.
Dr. Patel came back to Connecticut in 1990 and began working in private practice in the Danbury area. After working for a local private practice, he opened up his own office in 1991. He has been serving the Greater Danbury area ever since and has many long-term patients.
She went on to complete her Masters in Science in Oral Biology at New York University. She continued her dental education and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and completed her training in pediatric dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry and Bellevue Hospital.
Prior to that he attended Tufts University where he majoring in engineering with a minor in music studies. When not taking care of his patients, Dr Joshi loves spending time playing and creating new music!
Dr. Jagat Patel and Dr. Neal Patel are the best. Very professional and with great deal of experience. The staff is very friendly and you are treated like family. The office is neat and up to date and they are always willing to accommodate to you. I definitely recommend this practice.

Very professional, clean, friendly staff. Made my children and I feel welcome with open availability for scheduling an appointment when my children's previous dentist was booked out for more than 7 months at a time. I definitely would recommend this place for families.

I can't believe how well my 3-year-old's first-ever dentist appointment went!! Dr. Meera was so kind and gave my son the attention and explanations he needed to feel comfortable. No tears, no screaming. He came home and played with his prizes and talked about keeping his teeth clean. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much to Dr. Meera and her team!

We were driving through the city from Virginia and my wife needed to get in to see a dentist in a hurry. They got her right in, were very quick and fairly priced! The office was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend Dixwell Dental to anyone who lives in the area!

Hadn't been to the dentist in a while and the entire experience was very comfortable and easy. After some traumatic experiences in youth it was nice to have such a laid back experience. The Netflix during the cleaning didn't hurt!

The place is clean staff is friendly dr.meera very sweet and professional very clean pay attention to detailed explain excellent and have patiences with my children she change her gloves various times and took her time with each kid dental assitant chanderlin very focus in her duty clean the vest after using it and clean stations by the way bilingual staff is a plus and she is very friendly in general everyone is clean organized friendly with kids had great experience and I will defenetly recommend to everyone thank you and I'm greatful to have them in my family dental care

Great clean office! Love the decor and was able to watch Netflix while getting a teeth cleaning. Everyone was professional from the front desk receptionist to the dentists. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend for both adult and pediatrics dental care!

Excellent customer service from Michelle (front desk), she explained everything!! The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The office was extremely clean, with tv's in the rooms!! I had no pain from my extraction whatsoever, even afterwards!
