Its a butcher shop. Left in severe pain. My complaint about tooth pain was never addressed. Went there to save money. Big mistake. Its assembly line dentistry. Never again. Please beware.

Worst service and inappropriate service I have ever experienced. Dr Precise actually made a comment to me "I don't know why you southerners have these little bumps on the inside of your bottom gums, I've never seen it anywhere else,it makes it really hard to fit you all for bottom dentures " At the time, I couldn't afford to go anywhere else. I have never forgotten his statement. I've had several dentures made elsewhere, I wouldn't spit on that place if it was on fire. The dentures they made for me were bulky and never fit correctly. But it was his total attitude toward me being "Southern" that really traumatized me.

Dixieland dental is a good dentistry if you're able to get in touch to make an appointment I have been trying since 8:30 this morning to call it is 9:13 ga my time 8:15 Alabama time office opens at 8:00 I am in need of a denture and I can't get a hold of them to make the appointment so either turn your phones on with an answer service so folks can leave their name the phone number and what they need so one of the staff members from the office could give them a call thank you very disappointed that I cannot get in touch with anybody to make my appointment

I love this place the dam sure helped me ALOT and I recommend them to everybody in my home town. A couple of people have went because I sent them and they were glad they did, prices are very affordable and they will work with u I love that place!

THE BEST EVER,HAD MY DENTURES ALMOST 2 YEARS,AND THEY FEEL GREAT. HAVEN'T HAD ANY PAIN SINCE I HAD WORK DONE. GREAT DENTIST AND STAFF.

I haven't been to them yet! My cousin referred them but I can never get through on the phone. It goes straight to busy signal and hangs up. The one time I did have someone answer I got prices and that took me about a year to get a answer. Just need what teeth I have left extracted and dentures made.

We walked in as advised and was told to have a seat. No one took a name/ gave a number or had a source of contact. We sat for 3 hours and inquired twice about the wait time. It was well after lunch before being told they misunderstood why we were here and paperwork needed to be completed. After doing paperwork we still had to sit for hours waiting again to be worked in since others took the walk in times (which came wayyy after us). Totally unprofessional and a waste of time after driving for hours I'd rather just pay in the city I'm from. After hours of waiting we left. A waste of a day

Place is a joke..If u need work done like a extraction, denture or partial go get it done and walk out..They don't make u pay until after the work is done!!!!! So go inn get work done and then don't pay!! Make them bill you!!!

I had a tooth problem begin on Friday evening and after a terrible weekend of tooth pain and anxiety of dental work I walked in to Dixieland Dental on Monday. The receptionist was kind, understanding, as well as organized and efficient. Dr. Jon Strength saw me and quickly got me a referral to an oral surgeon. My wait was not long. Dr. Strength saw me and actually let me explain my dental history. I am very pleased with his help and expertise and referral. I will be back and ask especially for Dr. Strength to do the needed crowns and bridges after my three extractions. Thank you Dixieland Dental for being so good to me. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to serious dental procedures, and you gave me hope and assurance that I will be able to get my dental health restored and get back on track with my dental health. Thank you so very much.

place is crazy not open 2 weeks almost now phone busy12 hours. I called 25 times. if there that busy with profit they should afford answering service And it's stillAnd it's still And it's still a busy signalAnd it's still a busy signalcallingJanuary And it's still a busy10thAnd still busy signal true southern ignoranceThen I finally get an appointment there I'm there at 8:30 I wait 1 month for the appointmentAnd at 4pm I'm still waiting for my new teeth that they made supposedly while I watch 22 people come in and leave with new teeth that came in after me .they can kiss my ARS. Yes they are very very busy and they give a very good price But I rather spend more and not waste my whole freaking day sitting in their boring waiting room 8 hrs.. don't go there......... girl at desk actually all of them subliminal

I had a terrible tooth ache for 2 months and tried to go every where. I finally called dixieland dental and she said "sweet heart you should have been came and saw us!" I went Friday and got my x-rays and some medication to hold me over and was back Monday and got that tooth out of my mouth! Great people and great service! Dr. Precise (I think that was my doctor) came in numbed it came back 20 minutes later and had my tooth pulled out my head in 14 seconds! Highly recommend using this dentist! First dentist I've been to in years that actually made me feel like they cared! It may not mean alot to other but it sure did to me!

They are too slow that it takes all day to redo a partial!!!! They aren't concerned about their patients have them sitting in any kind of weather. If you don't have a car don't get dropped off.The lab need more people

OMG I can't believe all these years of knowing about this place and never going... how silly of me ! Dr. Precise and his assistant (I believe Jamie) are awesome. From sign in to my way out the door hands down the best dental experience I've ever had.

Awful place the dentist michael price has very bad attitude my friends daughter had appt yesterday and was treated and talked to horrably and he told her he should took better care of her self cause she need teeth pulled and a partial she was very very upset and that is disgusting how she was treated and talked to from michael price they are there to help people not downgrade them and make them feel less totally disgusting
