I am so thrilled with Dr. Heron and Division Street Dental! I rarely have to have any restorative work but this year I needed a crown. I told Dr. Heron I was pretty terrified of drilling, couldn't she just put me out and I'd wake up when it was done? She told me about oral sedation which worked beautifully. I was so thankful for this.

Very clean facility. Friendly, professional staff. I appreciate Dr. Heron taking the time to explain what we we're looking at on my x-rays. In the past I would open my mouth and cross my fingers, but today I felt involved and very informed during my comprehensive exam. The most pleasant dental experience to date!

Professional, client oriented. As my children grew up they were patients. I knew they were in good hands. I have been a patient for over 33 years. The newest Doctor to the practice is Doctor Heron. She carries on the same high ethics and skill. I had an implant completed by another specialist. He commented that whoever my Dentist was, the was very skilled.

Dr. Heron follows in the very large shoes of her parents and fills those shoes magnificently. She is kind, compassionate, practical and supremely qualified. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great dentist.

I came in out of a unique situation where I needed an adjustment on some dentures. I called and the receptionist was a very kind and made me feel welcome. She was knowledgeable and let me know what to expect. No only that she went out of her way to return early from lunch to get me the intake paperwork. The dental experience was a great experience and the dentist went above and beyond, knowledgeable and obove all cared about her work and me as a patient and person. The price was one step better than fair, which for the level of service made it feel like a bargin. I will definately return for future dental needs. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Everyone is so nice! It is like being part of the family. Dr. Heron makes me so comfortable that I always fall asleep while she is working on my teeth. The hygenist is also very gentle and thorough. Dr. Heron is also very talented in her work.

I lost a large filling from an upper tooth while on a trip out of town I called an got a appointment soon after my return. Dr was amazing determined the tooth could not be saved and worked me in between other patients to remove it. I did not have any pain after the numbness wore off. Dr is amazing.

My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. Dr. Heron took over the practice from her parents, Drs. Vicki and Dana Otterholt who have retired. The Otterholts provided great dental care! We've seen Dr. Heron several times now and I'm sure she will continue to meet that high standard. Very thorough. In addition, the office staff is super nice and all the hygienists have been very good.

I have been with Division Street Dental for over 20 years, when Dr. Heron's parents had the practice. I am pleased with the hygiene staff, the office administrator and of course Dr. Heron. She and the office have kept current on practices, updates, care and safety. It is easy to get an appointment and convenient for my schedule. Thank you for your care!

I have been using this dentist since childhood. Service has always been wonderful. They even used an alternative anesthetic for a family member with sensitivies to the commonly used anesthetic.

I have always had good dentist but these guys are the best. So thorough and conscientious of my specific issues. And never have my teeth been so clean! They always tell me all my options and the pros and cons relating to any processes that could be used. I trust them.
