I went to visit Dr. Khaki's office from a friend's high recommendation, so I was eager to try out a new approach to my oral health by seeing a holistic dentist. I'm sure Dr. Khaki is very knowledgeable in areas of dental care, but I had only about 10 minutes of her time between a 1 1/2-hour first visit and an hour tooth cleaning. In the 10 minutes of her time, she reviewed the numerous tests and images that were done and gave me a printed handout with a list of my teeth with "significant problems" - totaling 9, which floored me, quite frankly since I didn't expect to have 9 teeth requiring urgent care. As I was trying to digest what was needed and the priority, she told me that it would be explained to me in more detail with a full plan including cost by someone at the front desk. My appointment was at the end of their day, so I was told they would contact me. I didn't hear back from their office for about a week and had to reach out to ask for my dental plan and estimate. The first estimate I was sent only included 2 teeth extractions and nothing else related to the full costs for teeth removal (ie, post op, temporary "flipper", an implant or whatever else, etc.). I had to request multiple times to have them include these. Not sure why. In the end, instead of sending me one sheet with maybe 2 or 3 columns of costs, they sent me 7 pdfs with costs all separated - which I find unhelpful (read: insane) and does not in any way help a patient understand how to plan for upcoming and financially expensive care. At one point, I requested a human conversation on the phone with the doctor, or anyone, to help walk me through the upcoming costs approximating around $10K from one visit for 2 teeth extractions. My request was quickly disregarded and was met with "I'm sorry you were so confused." Not helpful. In all, I found their front desk associates very unhelpful, rude, and unpleasant. Seems like a huge miss to have a great dental practice but no ability to support a patient in the financial planning and understanding of the care. I'll be spreading the word among my network.

I look forward to visiting Division street dental for every service/treatment I need. I always know that they have my best interest in mind. Their space and environment is calm, relaxing and positive from the way they receive you at the door until the end of any treatment or consultation made. I'm really happy with the Invisalign treatment I received there - Dr Khaki and her amazing team are always making sure my family and I are happy with whatever treatment we receive and everyone always makes us feel super welcome whenever we call or visit the practice. I wouldn't think twice about making division street practice my go to dental office - reach out to them now to transform your dental care experience! Thank you Dr Khaki and the Division street dental team!

Dr. Khaki and her team are by far the best dental experience I have ever had and I've been to many offices. I'm not proud of that but it is the reality. They are dedicated to using cutting edge technology giving me a greater understanding of my teeth, my mouth and how it all functions. Do you know the pH of your mouth?! I'm sure your teeth and gums do. I now know my pH levels and I have a plan to balance out my numbers. This is just one simple example why I would recommend Division Street Dental over any other dental office. The list could go on but statistically most people stop reading reviews about now so....

Assembled some furniture at this place. Noor had an attitude the moment I walked In. She was rude and disrespectful. She says I am "disrespectful and talks back" which just shows the type of person that she is.

After having an experience with another Holistic Dentist, I realized I could not go back to a conventional dentist again. I was hoping to find a Holistic Dentist closer to me and found Division Street Dental. After reading through their website I gave them a call. They are within minutes of my home! AND they do look at oral bacteria health- look into this and you will find why this is an important thing to know. I had my first appt yesterday and I am happy to say, I have found a place where I feel safe, seen, and heard. The staff, fun folks, were very helpful. I learned more about my oral health in this appointment than I have in all the years (many years) going to dentists. I will also say- even though they don't take my insurance- the price for the service was better than I had expected. I have a lot of things to work on to get my oral health back in shape (prior diet, lifestyle, and dentistry has left me with some challenges), and I am grateful I have the help of the holistic wellness folks at Division Street Dental. =)

By far the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and professional, they told me what was going well with my teeth, as well as what I needed to have fixed. For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I was beyond impressed by my first visit in all facets one would hope for from a dental office. Even more than that, Div Street Dental takes the most thorough approach to dental care in terms of its impact on the whole body that I have seen, and I've shopped around. And they use a host of advanced approaches to treatment that are not easy to find. Five stars plus!

Truly wholistic healthcare here. I appreciated that Dr. Khaki recommended exactly what supplements / vitamins could help retain and potentially repair my teeth after grinding damage. Beware that they do things that aren't covered by insurance without checking with the patient first.

Best dental experience of my life - staff is so kind & knowledgable. I felt so taken care of. Dr. Khaki & her team are amazing - can't recommend them highly enough! It's rare to hear someone say they are looking forward to going back to the dentist, but this is how I feel! Thank you Division St. Dental!

Dr. Khaki and her staff are exceptional. I flew down from Alaska several times for a root canal re-treat. No one in AK utilizes wholistic treatments (very few in the states do either and this is nothing short of a shame) so I found myself quite familiar with her staff via email and phone. Everyone really wanted to help me see this through. Everyone on the team is quick to respond and follow up, and they're all extremely competent. My procedure has been flawless. The extraction and implant couldn't have gone any better. I had little to no pain after the surgeries. I wish every town in America had a division street dental and all of our lives would be better off.

Dr. Khaki and her staff were wonderful. I had to have an extraction and bone graft. They were great at keeping me informed and making sure I was absolutely comfortable before they started the procedure. During the procedure they kept checking in with me to make sure my anxiety was in check and that I was not in any pain. Dr. Khaki's technique was impeccable and I didn't feel a thing. Before I knew it, the procedure was done. I would definitely recommend her for your dental needs.

First I will say that the dental care I received, an extraction and bone graft, were well done. That said, the communication with the office staff has been a disaster. I had been a patient of Division Dental before Noor Khaki took it over and was not informed of the change. I was also not informed that they weren't able to bill my insurance because they didn't have my current information. A year after my extraction I went in for an appointment that I had waited over a month for, I was informed that I wasn't actually considered a patient of Division Dental and that I would need to reschedule and wait another two months for a "new patient exam". I elected to cancel the new patient exam and was sent a surprise bill for over $1000 for the extraction that they had failed to bill my insurance for and failed to tell me this at the time so I could correct the situation. Because the bill was over a year old, I was unable to use my flexible spending account money and had to pay out of pocket. Because of poor communication from this dentist I had to pay $1000 out of pocket that should have been covered by my insurance and flexible spending. The office staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly when I explained the situation to them.

I had 2 visits so far & they came out amazing, and looking forward to more future services. Not only is the dental environment is very peaceful, but also the whole staff I met are very positive & welcoming. On my first visit I met Maggie & was very knowledgeable & answered my questions & concerns. It was a great intro. Then I met Dr. Khaki afterwards, and felt extra comfortable with her energy. She also provided more clarity & info about my teeth & gums. I felt more confident that my next visit will come out great, in which it did. On my second visit, I had my root canal extracted. I had issues with my root canal in the past & been meaning to get it extracted & heal naturally. Prior to the procedure, I already felt calm & relaxed when I met Dr. Khaki again & her assistant. The whole procedure came out excellent & had no issues afterwards. I also loved how Dr. Khaki called me & checked on me if I'm still doing okay. I'm so glad I found Dr. Khaki as my biological & holistic dentist, along with her great staff. Thank you Dr. Noor Khaki & staff! You guys are awesome.
