Bria was welcomed to the team in February 2019. It's her goal to ensure that every patient has the best experience when they first walk in the door. In her spare time, she also works as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She enjoys spontaneous beach trips with her friends and spending time with her family.
Kaoma found her home at Division Smiles in June 2019. She is devoted to providing patients with the best care when they come into our office. She is fluent in Spanish and is currently attending college for her business degree. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hiking!
Linda earned her BA in Criminal Justice & is fluent in Spanish. She found a love for the dental field which brought her to our team in January 2021. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys outdoor activities, working out, and traveling.
Jessica graduated from Mt. Hood Community College in 2017 with her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She found her home at Division Smiles in March 2018. In the future, she wants to return to school to teach dental hygiene. She is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time she likes going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.
Gabi is fluent in Spanish and a recent 2019 graduate from Mt. Hood Community College. She brings a fresh and innovative outlook on patient care. In her spare time she enjoys taking her mini dachshund Daisy on hikes and catching up on her favorite Netflix shows.
Dr. David Kim was born in Busan, South Korea and came to the states at the age of 6. Since then, he has made Portland his home.Dr. Kim is alocal product ofthePortland Public School system. Heattended Richmond Elementary School, Mt. TaborMiddle School and spent a year at Benson High School before moving to, andgraduating from Clackamas High School. He completed his undergraduatestudies atPortland State University prior to attending Oregon Health and Science University, where he attained his DMD. At Portland State, Dr. Kim received his Bachelors in Science with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and Business. Hard work and dedication has led Dr. Kim to be a prime example of the American Dream. This hard work and dedication can also be seen in his commitment to providing quality and comprehensive dental care for all of his patients.

Dr. Michael Kim is a nativeborn and raised in Portland, Oregon.He grew up in Southeast Portland and thenmoved to Clackamas, where he graduatedClackamas High School. Afterwards, he attended Portland State University where he obtained his B.S.in General Science, and continued his education at Oregon Health and Science University, where he earnedhis DMD.
When he's not in the office, Dr. Michael Kim enjoys trying new food whiletraveling, snowboarding on Mt. Hood and hanging out with family and friends. While always striving to perfect his skills, Dr. Michael Kim is a strong believer in continuing to learn the newest techniques and procedures in order to provide the best care for his patients.

I was hit by a car and my 2 front teeth were busted. The dentist got me in the day after I called! I couldn't believe how fast they got me in. Other places I called were trying to make me wait almost a week, even knowing it was an emergency and I was in pain. The dentist was so nice and caring. He was fantastic! I will be going to them for all my dental needs now. They worked with me on a payment plan and everything. I love how nice and professional they are. I highly recommend coming here!!

I went in for an emergency appointment for two teeth that were in horrible pain from a dentist visit at another dentist 2 days prior. I was so thankful that they were going to be able to do the root canals the same day! Unfortunately i didn't get quite numb enough so they sent out a referral to another dentist. Dr. Michael was amazing! I have bad dental anxiety from previous bad experiences at dentists but he talked me through every step of the way, explained to me the process of the root canal in a way that was easy for me to understand and made sure to answer all my questions. I didn't feel like just another patient that day, he made sure to make sure he took the time i needed to understand everything. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I understand that it was my first visit and I knew I needed some serious work done. But it was only 10am, and they said they had to reschedule me... Which in any other case wouldn't be a big deal. But considering I have several cavatoes that are to the root I need it fixed. Not to mention he offered me pain medication which I accepted but then returned to say he couldn't prescribe me the medication due to unknown reasons..? So I'm a bit stressed out and in serious pain other than that they got me in same day which was awesome just wish some work actually got done.

I have grown afraid of dentistry recently, owing to the dentist I recently went to, and their hygienists as well. But Dr Kim prescribed a good drug for me to take in preparation of getting my teeth cleaned, and all went smoothly!!! I'm glad I switched to this office.

They are honest and very respectful. I've been going to Division Smiles for a few years. Staff is very professional and always happy to help. My experience with them has been beyond expectations. From cleaning to Root Canal and Crows, they make it painless as possible. 100% Recommend

Great place! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the lady at the front desk. The Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I'm really satisfied with my teeth cleaning. I was nervous at first but not anymore. I can honestly say it was the best experience. Now my wife will be more then happy to kiss me now. Awesome job!

For longer than I'd like to admit I was without dental insurance and not at a place in life where I could afford dental services. Now that I am I have to fix years of neglect. Division Smiles is helping me do that, they are wonderful. I truly appreciate the doctor and all his staff for being so kind and patient with me. I have very bad anxiety and a low pain tolerance, the doctor is extremely gentle and talks me through everything. They've really made it so I don't fear coming to the dentist any more!

One of the better experiences I've had at a dentist office. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Kim is one of the most experienced dentists I've seen. Have had countless post appointment issues at previous dentists but so far after 4 dental work visits, including a wisdom tooth extraction, I've yet to run into a single problem. Highly recommended, especially for people who have had previously bad experiences at other dentists. You'll get proper work done here without them trying to sell you anything extra, which is another plus.
