I absolutely love the staff and have never had an issue with mine or my child's care. The problem is they NEVER answer the phone or return calls. I called for over a week consistently and even left a voicemail on the "emergency number" and still nothing. I finally got a call back today. This has been a problem for close to a year and I've complained about it several times without a change. I am currently looking for a new dentist

They have always been so good to me and my kids. They found a growth on my son and got him in surgery to have it removed right across the street from them in no time. My kids like going here even though it's a 50 minute drive. That gets them out of school longer lol.

They were kinda at the desk. Went back with my 4 year old for a cleaning. Also had my 1 year old in my arms.The guy that cleaned my daughter's teeth was so quiet (had to ask him to repeat everything multiple times) and took him over 2 hours to clean her teeth and the normal x-ray etc. Every single time I call they NEVER answer or call back when you leave a message. Ever. If you call back to back sometime they will answer but it is rare.

Worse cleaning I have ever had. The assistant that was to take my blood pressure didn't even know how to work the cuff. Didn't seem interested in working with me because of my heart condition. Left several messages and no one ever bothered to call me back

I had to get a second opinion on my molar. I needed an emergency appointment and was taken in, which made me grateful, but once I was seen I was rushed out because they overbooked themselves. An x-ray was taken but I was told my tooth was fractured. I was referred to a 'specialist' on Monday and given nothing for my excruciating pain (this was a Thursday). The next day I was taken in by a different dentist, as the pain was causing swelling and was preventing me from going to work and causing me agony. My molar was not fractured, but was highly infected and in need of a root canal. I was given antibiotics and medications to control my pain until my root canal. I am now happy with my current t dentist, but very disappointed I was left to suffer and nothing was going to be done about my tooth. Now, however, I have antibiotics and on Friday I will get my root canal. No specialist required.

They overbook and leave you waiting in lobby. 1 hour after appointment time they still didn't know how much longer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. And this is one of very few low rating reviews I've done but 3rd strike and you're out.
